Ok, could have been better
Impressions/observations:
Neighborhood a bit busy with vehicles and trailers sometimes parked on the street. Fairly typical high density subdivision.
Side entrance door for property close to neighbor fence and sometimes barking dog.
Pathway to entrance has stepping pavers that might not be comfortable/easy for all people to navigate.
Good closet space in the relatively compact accommodations.
Bed fairly comfortable, but headboard is right next to the door.
Generally clean, but noticed dirty fan blades and some small, flying insects had made the coffee stirrer cup their home. These bugs made scratchy noises the first night that were disconcerting until we found the source the next day.
Entry/exit at feeder street into neighborhood is hard to navigate during high traffic times. Traffic is moderate most of the time in this area.
Didn't find a thermostat for the space, but temperature was not uncomfortable.
Loud music from neighbor until @11:15 p.m. on the second night was not welcome. Host was not able to respond to communication about this because of being out of town with limited cell service.
Cost reasonable compared to hotel and appreciated the fridge with water in it. Spoke to one of the hosts on arrival and he was very friendly.
