Me and my wife Julie are both born and raised in Erie, PA. I am a Sr. Financial Advisor and she is a Certified Midwife. We have 3 kids, ages 21, 17, & 11. We are also lifelong pet owners and currently have 3 dogs & 3 cats.

This property came about and while we decided not to use it for our original purpose, it has become a very popular place for travelers!
What makes this property unique
Great location, quiet neighborhood, and very cozy for a place to stay! Great amenities including a inviting deck overlooking the large backyard and firepit. Very clean place, with hardwood floors throughout!
