This was exactly as described, very Charming and just a short distance from beaches, shopping, Churches and more. The Host was nice and answered all my texts promptly. The neighborhood was very quiet. We were very relaxed and happy with our stay.
The home was exceptionally well maintained, very clean, comfortable beds, WiFi, and streaming television. Well stocked kitchen equipment and bathroom supplies.
We really enjoyed our stay! The house was great nicely remodeled, location is close to everything erie has to offer! We look forward to coming back & bringing the kids along! Josh is a great host, thank you for everything
Excellent communication with the host. Very pleased with the property. Easy check-in & check-out. Newly remodeled, very clean & perfect for our family.
Home was clean, and updated. Nice Quiet little neighborhood conveniently located close to Presque isle bay. Plenty of room for parking a boat as long as you have sufficient trailor backing skills. Will definitely consider staying again for our next fishing trip.
The rental is very nice, the whole house has been renovated, with upscale finishes. The beds, and pillows are above par, and comfortable. There is a nice restaurant within walking distance ( approximately 600’) from the front door. I would recommend this property to any family coming to Erie PA for a visit.
Stayed here for a wedding in neighboring NY vineyard. House is adorable and comfortable. Nice location and the lighting bugs! I forgot how amazing they are.. Erie is adorable just sadly a forgotten town. House is close to major ears, shops and highways. Great location. Clean and filled with what you need. Would stay here again!
Property was conveniently located within short driving distance to attractions. There was also a park at the end of the street with nice views of the lakeHouse was fully stocked with kitchen supplies so we could make our meals at the property instead of eating out every night. Also was clean and rooms were arranged nicely to fit 2 adults and 4 children easily. Property owner, Josh, was easy to get ahold of and communicated with us some places that may be of interest to us while we were there.
We needed more room than a hotel for a hockey weekend. The house was very comfortable and clean. Internet was fast enough for the kids to play video games. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was instrumental in saving money on eating out. Host was prompt and concise. Exactly what we needed.
We booked a little late for Father's Day weekend in Erie and there weren't a ton of options but I found this place and was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't a lake view but you could walk a bit to the view at the end of the street if you wanted. We were at the Lake all day so for us it wasn't a big deal. We were in Presque in 18 minutes with most of the great restaurants and Bayfront between us. The place had everything we needed for a few day stay. Coffee pot, check. Clean beds, check. Games for the kids to play, check. And bunk beds are their favorite, check. We spent most of our days in Presque Isle but perused a few interesting reads from the bookshelf as we laid down at night. We enjoyed the Skunk and Goat in Northeast, Shoreline and Cork. Oh, and the chocolate covered raspberries from Pulakos are a must in the Colony shoppes, Romolos also just 8 minutes away. For feedback on the place- I'd say I wish there were tissues and a kcup coffee maker since I'm the only coffee drinker. I realize that's being a bit particular. :) Thank you for a nice, clean stay on a quiet street.
