Thank you for staying at our Bear Hollow 5610 home! The home was recently updated and we are happy to hear you enjoyed the new kitchen items and and other home amenities. The private hot tub is especially awesome! We'd love to welcome you back any time.

Thank you for staying with us! We're happy to hear you loved the home and your stay. We want to make sure the hot tub is properly maintained and, therefore, do not put off the service. There are signs at the home, in the guest folder and in the app that alert guests that the hot tub service will access the balcony/hot tub regardless of occupancy. They respect your privacy, whenever possible, by accessing with a ladder in lieu of going through the home. We hope you enjoyed the newly updated space, amenities and convenient location. Thanks again for staying with us.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback. We are delighted to hear that you had an overall positive experience at our property. We appreciate you bringing to our attention the issue regarding the hot tub temperature. Please note that the temperature can be adjusted according to your preference. During particularly cold weather, the hot tub can cool slightly when the cover is open due to the freezing outdoor temperatures. We also regret to hear about the inconvenience caused due to the size of the bunk bed. While all our beds are standard size, we understand that they may not be suitable for everyone. We're glad to know that the space heater in the basement bedroom was beneficial, especially during the cold December month. We aim to provide all necessary comforts to our guests and are glad to know it was appreciated. We look forward to the opportunity of welcoming you back in the future, and we will strive to make your next stay even more enjoyable.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We regret any misinterpretation regarding the property's layout. We assure you that our listing has always cleary stated it as a 4-bedroom home with a loft area. Regarding cleanliness and management responsiveness, we maintain high standards and our records show that the home was inspected and found to be in optimal condition prior to your stay. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Thank you for staying with us! Items can malfunction and we always do our very best to repair or replace as expeditiously as possible. And, yes, of course, the dishwasher replacement is already scheduled. We're glad you loved the home, the perfect location and all of the amenities provided. We hope you enjoyed the private hot tub, games and more when relaxing at the home. We'd be happy to welcome you back, any time.

It is always our intent to make sure that our guests have everything they need. We encourage a call for extra towels or for anything in the home that needs our attention. We supply an initial set up of paper products, including an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We will certainly review the items in the home that were mentioned here and remedy as necessary.

We're so glad you stayed with us, Jody! This home is in a great location, so close to everything and on the free shuttle route. We hope you enjoyed the private hot tub as well as the clubhouse pool during your trip. We'd be happy to have you back any time.

Thanks for staying with us, Patricia. Our advertising is really clear about air-conditioning so there's no misunderstanding. The home DOES have central air-conditioning on the top level, which also cools the main level. The basement does not have A/C because it stays cool on its own. There is a gas BBQ on the patio. We don't have any homes that have charcoal "regular" BBQs. We're glad you enjoyed the home. We hope you used the private hot tub as well as the clubhouse pool during your trip. It's such a great location, right on the free shuttle route and across from the Redstone Shopping Center. We'd be happy to have you back!

Thank you for staying at our Bear Hollow 5610 home! We're happy to hear you loved the spaciousness, comfort and perfect location. We hope the private hot tub was also a hit! We'd be happy to host you again. #PCMoose

Thank you for staying with us. We regret that you did not feel welcome. Despite multiple communications (prior to and during the stay) and attempts to make the stay as comfortable as possible, the staff was responded to in a rude and demanding manner. We even had brand-new towels brought to the home on New Year's Eve so that there would be extra for guest use and to assist in guest satisfaction. We made every attempt to answer questions and provide information and extra amenities to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The responses, demands and poor treatment of the staff was disappointing. We do hope the overall stay at the home itself was pleasant. This home (and management company) have hosted many happy guests. With the home amenities (private hot tub, cozy gas fireplace, plenty of space and free WiFi to name a few) and the Bear Hollow location (close to shopping, free shuttle, clubhouse, walking trails, pool, basketball court, park and more), this is a perfect choice for vacationing in Park City. We certainly wish the guest all the best in their future travel needs. Moose Management Vacation Rentals. Park City, UT

Thank you for staying with us, Shannon. We would have happily fixed the light bulb, hot tub, and heat issues if you had called during your stay and let us know. We never heard from you! We have maintenance on-call to make sure all our renters have a great experience. The painting on the wall must have been misinterpreted as well. It's a quote with a nice meaning. The owners hung it on the wall years ago and have never had a complaint. We'd be happy to host you any time you visit Park City. We'd just ask that you call our office if there are any issues so we can resolve them immediately and make sure you have a perfect vacation.
