We really enjoyed our stay for TCU parents weekend! It was easy to get to the university but nice to be a little distance away from all the traffic. We enjoyed being so close to the shops on Camp Bowie street. The house was well stocked with all the basics and all of the bedding and towels were really nice. The communication on check in was really clear and timely and we were happy to have access to a garage. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay here was great. The home is beautifully appointed, the kitchen stocked with anything you need, and the beds are so comfortable that everyone in our party asked for the brand of sheets they used! The outdoor space is really cozy and private.

Checking process was not great. Took about 30 minutes to get the right code. Front door lock didn’t work. Texts I got were incorrect for our unit. I think they were for another unit. All in all, appointments were better than expected. Everything was great! Beds were so good!

From start to finish, this property was fantastic for our large group. Great furniture inside and out, comfy beds, and stocked nicely with the basics upon arrival made for an easy time that was better than any hotel. William was responsive and helpful throughout. A 3 minute walk to Dickies and close to museums, the place is as advertised. Thank you!

Positives: You can't ask for a better location in terms of proximity to Dicky's arena. Very easy walk...5 minutes. Kitchen is open to living area and seating is great for several people to hang out comfortably. The beds were comfortable. Nice to have an outdoor seating area as well. Coffee pods for the Keurig machine were provided. Property management responded quickly to our inquiry during the stay.Not positive: The house sleeps 8 people and depending on how many people have cars, you may need the street permit or cars will be towed. The listing says they will provide a permit to park on the street. When we asked about this, we were told it would be 50 per car per night, and you must arrange 1 week ahead of time. It would have been nice to know this at time of booking. The house has some stained carpets, paint chipping, water/ice in refrigerator don't work, etc. which makes the place feel a little worn. For the price of this rental, didn't expect to see the deferred maintenance. Bottom line; If your priority is being close to Dickey's arena, it might be worth renting this house.

Very nice duplex and close to Horse arena!

This home was beautifully decorated, clean and had everything we needed. The beds and linens were nice. Water pressure in the showers was strong. I would stay here again if and when we come to a show again!

Excellent House, very spacious.

Very satisfied with the house, very close to a lot of the highlights of ft. worth. Excellent neighborhood as well. House has plenty of room, very clean, the property owners were fantastic to deal with. Would definitely book again.

Easily the most comfortable, well-appointed and thoughtful rentals we have ever experienced. Everything was labelled and easy to navigate. We really appreciated access to the garage and the walking-distance convenience to the Dickies Center!

The property was fantastic, high quality, and well-furnished. Absolutely no complaints about the stay itself at the property. However, the check-in process was less than okay. I never received my check-in information prior to my designated check-in time and when inquiring about it through the app, I did not receive an answer timely. The customer support number presented on the property listing was also an outdated phone number. This resulted in me having to go through Vrbo support to finally get in contact with the company. This made the check-in process rather stressful. Would stay with the company again if I knew this wouldn’t happen again though.
