The location was very convenient and the community was very nice we go to surf side beach every year

The location was very convenient to Surfside Beach and access to all shopping stores not far was very close to surf side beach the pool area was very nice and a beautiful view of pond

Good response from owner - the only thing is the cockroaches - otherwise really a good place to visit.

Very unkind to say that cono had roaches because that is not so. The HOA takes care of pest control once per month. In addition you never mentioned roaches during any of our communications. If I’m staying at a place and I see a roach the first thing I would do is make a complaint and you did not do that. No other guests has said anything about roaches. So sorry that you felt the need to say that.

Birthday gateway

I booked this property in a last minute for my birthday gateway. Needless to say it was a great decision! Property manager was very attentive to our needs and fast to respond. Condo was clean, all appliances looks new, beds and linens are very pleasant. Air conditioner works great, clean showers, plenty of towels. TV in every room. We cooked breakfast and dinner every night and it was a joy : all needed utensils and cookware. They even thought about the iron, beach supplies, laundry detergent and other little things. I mean, you can tell that owners are care for you and intend to make our stay worry-free. Location is pretty good too, only 10 min drive to the beach, main grocery shops across the road, Dollar General in a 5 min walking distance if you need anything last minute. And the super bonus - a white swan in the pond! Pleasure to your eyes. I really liked the beach- white sand, very clean, with free public parking, place to change clothes, restroom, rinse fountains. Ocean was clean, nice and warm. It was one of the greatest birthdays ever and nice experience I’ve ever had. Definitely want to come back next year. If you go for a family vacation, couple stay - I would recommend this place 100%. Thank you Antoinette for the great hospitality! Yelena W.
