Was in town for the drag races. The house worked as a place to lay our heads. Didn’t cook. Did use the coffee pot. We really weren’t at the house enough to make any opinions about anything. Would we stay there again? Probably not. Just because there are so many different places available to experience.
OK let’s start with the good:Great location, it’s close to so many attractions, stores and the expresswaySafe and quiet neighborhoodProperty was clean upon arrivalCarpet in master bedroom was cleanProperty interior is spaciousProperty manager was highly responsive and communicated wellThe kitchen was pretty well stocked with cookware, cutlery, and dinnerware is plentifulAmple towels, linens, and kitchen towelsOK now the challenges The property does not really look like the pictures lots of wear and tear and patch work fixes. The window in the master bedroom doesn’t fully close The sink in the kitchen isn’t properly installed, and ended up with water on the floor because there is a gap between the sink and counter allowing water to pass through.I don’t think any of the windows can be opened. They are crank styled windows with 80-85% of the cranks removed from the window preventing you from opening without muscle or pliersHouse smelled wet when we first arrivedThere were so many little things that added up, a nice enough property just needs a lot of work. It’s like a full house Motel 6. Not fancy, not in great repair but clean and good enough to do for a visit. Wouldn’t suggest more than 3 days. Property manager and team were very responsive to all issues. However it was having the issues and the disrepair of the property that soured the experience.
Everything went well with communication and check-in. The home was decent, but could use some work. The carpet in the Master BR was particularly bad with a major stain right in the middle. The friend who stayed in that room said the hot water didn't get very hot. The other bathroom and bedrooms were all very comfortable. A little attention to detail and fixing a few things cosmetically and this would be a home worth visiting again.
We were in town for a work related event and needed a comfortable place to drop our bags, sleep well, have some snacks between events. Most importantly a place the youngin' joining us could be themself without worrying about annoying neighbors. Beds were comfortable. Plumbing worked. All was clean. Easy to park three cars in the driveway. Couldn't find a three prong plug in the livingroom. I didn't look that hard though. They did exist in the bedrooms so all good.
Our family had a good weekend stay here. The house was clean and beds were comfortable and kitchen was adequately stocked. Location was very convenient to campus, grocery store and Oaks Mall.
This house was perfect for our family as we were celebrating my niece's graduation. With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, it was the perfect size for the 7 adults we had staying. The neighborhood is nice with leafy shaded streets for walks/ jogs.
I felt embarrassed about this place for my family. There is quite a lot of disrepair and dirt. The stove and oven are not cleaned at all, filthy rug in very cold back bedroom. We ran out of toilet paper second day.A handle grip in the shower for safety would be a starter. One toilet was iffy.
One couch and one chair was not enough for 7adults.
The wash machine hose was broken and water just pours out of the shed.
All in all I was absolutely disappointed and wonder if VRBO ever inspects properties.I dont feel I got what I paid for

Location was convenient. Ample space. There was plenty of hot water. Yeah! Need more bath towels.
The house can sleep 8 comfortable. The bathroom shared by the three bedrooms needs shelves to put toiletries. We only stayed one night so we didn’t use the kitchen, but it looks like it is well equipped. A mat inside the front door would be nice to wipe your feet. The mat outside gets wet. Overall I would stay again. It was in a good location to get to places.
We were in town for graduation weekend, and I was very glad to have found a nice place so close to UF! Easy check-in/check-out process and responsive property management team.
Great location- walked to the game. Great house in a quiet neighborhood.

Why they chose this property
This home is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to downtown and the local shopping mall. There are lots of dining and shopping options located directly outside of the neighborhood and within five to ten minutes. Campus and Stadium are five minutes drive and easy access to downtown!
What makes this property unique
Guests can expect the campus and downtown area to be busy and have limited parking on the weekends and on Gator game days.
We recommend using Gainesville's local public transport options such as the bus system, uber/lyft ride sharing options, and scooter rentals are great alternative ways to get around town and avoid a parking nightmare.
