House was very nice and spacious. My only complaints are the small driveway (as long as u only take 1 car it’s not a problem) and I did not rice the door code until 10 ministers after check in. But besides that it was an amazing stay would definitely come again!

Great Stay

This was a last minute booked but was a great choice. The price was well worth it and the property was very clean and accommodating. The only downfall was the single bathroom between 4 or more guest. Would definitely stay again!

Updated & very clean!

The host was very prompt with communication. The home was equipped with everything that we needed for our family. We received a message from the host offering to have the pack & play setup prior to our arrival which was very thoughtful! The home appears to have new furnishings in every room & home has definitely been updated. The fire pit out back was a nice addition & we enjoyed it! The home was very clean & smelled nice on our arrival. The neighborhood is very quiet & close to the UF campus. We would definitely book this home again.

Weekend to gatornationals

This little modern day rental was PERFECT for our four night stay in Gainesville for Gatornationals drag racing. The house looks to be newly renovated with lots of new upgrades. The listing did not provide a lot of the amenities that the house offered, but a quick message to the host answered most of my questions such as if the house had a coffee maker, which it does, a keurig dual maker.The house has most of your essential cookware (pots and pans), a flat top stove, microwave, fridge. This house although looks small on the outside proves different on the inside. We had planned on our kids joining us however it turned out to be just the two of us, but this house could easily sleep 8 easily. I can't say enough good things things about this sweet little house. It is on the corner of a semi busy road, but I found the road noise to be very so othing. Very quick access to many restaurants. I highly recommend 16th ave grill!! 5*ssoothing.house.esenitcodoes
