Secluded House is situated on a serene cul-de-sac that ends with the river. This 3 bedroom house is a perfect getaway with a river and wild woods in the backyard . Enjoy your time in the award winning community with multiple amenities such as pools ( indoor and outdoor), playgrounds, lakes , trails and more! Make smores and everlasting memories next to our fire pit and indoor gas fireplace .

The space
This open floor property will accommodate any family with easy access to all bedrooms, laundry , dining room, kitchen and spacious deck all on the same level .
Fully stocked kitchen will make it easy to prepare any lavish dinner or a quick breakfast . We aim to have all basic necessities: coffee, tea, sugar , salt /pepper, seasonings, stove, microwave, dishwasher ,coffee maker , tea pot , Keurig, mixer toaster , etc
Master bedroom : king size bed and private full bath
Bedroom # 2 : Queen size bed
Bedroom # 3: Twin size bed with additional trundle bed
Another folding bed ( twin size ) is available upon request .
Property has 2 full bathrooms ( Showers : no tubs)
We supply all needed linens , pillows, blankets , towels , electric blanket for extra comfort during cold winter nights .
LIVING ROOM : enjoy gas fireplace on a sofa with recliner seats, oversized recliner and a massage chair . TV has an "APPLE Tv " with Netflix , PRIME TV , Youtube , etc.

Wifi is available throughout the property

Washer and dryer is located on the same level .

BIG BASS COMMUNITY :

Recreation Center houses the Indoor Pool along with a dry sauna, pool table, Tree Top Lounge, locker rooms and Fitness Center.
Once the snow hits the Poconos, grab some sleds and/or tubes and head over to our snow-tubing/sledding hills. Sledding/tubing is at your own risk.
Outdoor Pool & Splash Pad, Tennis courts, Playgrounds, lakes access , boat rental , etc . Please visit Big Bass Lake Community website for full list of amenities .

NOTE : Some amenities are seasonal .

Community will charge guests following fees to use amenities:
Daily pass: weekday $8 / weekend $10 per day per person.
Weekly pass: non holiday $30 / holiday $50 per week per person.
Kids under 7 years old -no charge.

House Rules : This wonderful community is a full time home for many residents and wildlife . Please be considerate and maintain quite time between hours of 11 pm and 7:30 AM . Although this property is VERY private and practically doesn't have any neighbors, we do not allow any parties since noise travels far .
Guests must complete rental permit with association at least 3 days prior to arrival .
Early / late check-in are available upon request .
All pets must be approved . ( $150 fee)

Family stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Check in was easy and the owner was very responsive to our questions. The backyard is great for adults and kids to hang out. Our kids are already asking to go back.

Excellent! A Perfect Getaway!

Our stay was excellent and exactly what we wanted for a quiet family vacation. The property was clean and in the perfect location for a safe, fun, and relaxing getaway and feel for the Poconos Mountains. Our host was friendly and very helpful. Looking forward to booking this location again during our future visits to the Poconos.

Everything was perfect. The property exceeds the expectations. It looks better in reality than in pictures on the website. The backyard is very special - it is in the middle of the forest, yet it is largely grassy. For us, it has been the best property, we’ve stayed in at BBL so far. This has been our third summer trip to the area.

We had an amazing time at this location! We had all the amenities needed and beautiful scenery. We were inclusive with nature including friendly visits from the deer. There are plenty of activities within the community and plenty of ways to relax.

Weekend Ski Trip

Perfect getaway weekend in January! We enjoyed the house and all the amenities it has to offer. A very clean and charming home located in a gated community. Perfect for 2-3 couples (as long as one of them doesn't mind the twin bed with the trundle). It is about 30 minutes from Montage Ski Resort and Camelback. We are looking forward to booking again soon!

The cabin was very comfortable and clean. The beds were perfect and it was very well equipped. Although we didn’t cook there, plenty of pots and utensils to do so. Great cabin getaway!

Nature at its best, deer with their little fawns visiting every day. Cabin was clean, comfy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Wonderful bedding and linens, great kitchen for cooking (breakfast every day), with great cooking pans! Big Bass community is especially welcoming with nice amenities especially if you bring children along. We just had a peaceful adult week and loved it.

Beautiful & Secluded Cabin is Perfect R&R Getaway!

We spent a week here with our dogs, both to visit family and to simply enjoy the beauty and serenity of the area. We were very pleased with the accommodations. The house was clean, well organized, had all the expected amenities, and featured some nice extra touches as well. We had a few questions, both prior to check in as well as during our stay. Yelena was very quick to reply to messages, and she had us covered for all of our needs. We love this place. We absolutely plan to return to this area, and would certainly make this our goto stay in the future. Highly recommended.

Let me start by saying Yelena is amazing! She was so quick with communication and answered any questions I had which weren't many. The house is located on a dead end street, so the quietness and peacefulness is amazing! The house was so spacious, myself, my boyfriend and our dog stayed, allowing pets was a huge plus for us. The leaves were changing and the wildlife in the backyard was a daily occurrence which was so nice to see. The house is well stocked, very clean and just very homey and comfortable. Book it... You will not be disappointed

Yelena's home is a beautiful quiet little oasis in the Poconos. We were a family of four traveling with a teenager and a senior and it perfectly fit our needs with room to spare. The house was clean and very well equipped with everything our family needed and more. The owner pays attention to detail and if you needed it the house had it. The location of the house is perfect you feel like you are alone in the woods but you are within minutes of everything at the same time. Yelena is very attentive to responding to your calls and texts. The only setback was I wish we could have stayed longer. Our family will definitely be booking Yelena's place again. Best, Nicole Chati

Amazing Location and Property

This location and particular property checked all of the boxes for me. I was looking for a quiet, but spacious location they would accommodate my family and our friend’s family for the weekend; this one was amazingly perfect! The house was tucked away, but easy to get to. The property itself was perfectly furnished and accommodating with a grill on the deck, overlooking the woods and water. The communication with Yelena was prompt and informative. No complaints! Will stay again!

Very nice stay

Nice and quiet stay. Beautiful creek behind the house that our kids really enjoyed. A very nice get a way. The only thing I will say is host fees are more expensive than the stay.

Going Back!!!

WOW, WOW, WOW.... Despite having lousy weather, it was a super stay. The property, house, and the secured gated community as well, had a very relaxing, calming, and outdoorsy ambience. The lake and its amenities was extremely enticing. Very clean house, great appliances, well supplied. Wonderful open layout with a gas fireplace that not only added to the modern rustic tone but also provided a wonderful warmth during the cool damp evenings while reading or watching TV. Communication was smooth and efficient. The host was extremely attentive to our stay, yet provided privacy and peacefulness. The fees such as the host, cleaning, administration and taxes, for which is prevalent within the industry and VRBO, was quite significant and the only drawback/complaint. All in all, we are going back! Highly recommended.
