My family and I (group of 12 including 3 kids) had an amazing time here over the fourth of July weekend, there was enough room for everyone to have their own space and everything was very clean and well appointed. We had a bit of an issue with the thermostat on the second and third night but it was promptly addressed and it worked well the rest of the time. The host was very helpful and would reply promptly whenever we had any questions. Overall we would stay here again.

A group of 12 with room for everyone to spread out — that's exactly what a Fourth of July weekend should feel like, and we're so glad the home delivered for your family. It's wonderful to hear everything was clean and well-appointed, and that the kids and adults alike had space to enjoy the holiday. We're sorry about the hiccup on those middle nights, but we're glad our team was able to jump on it quickly and get things back on track for the rest of your stay. Thank you for choosing us for such a special weekend, and we'd love to welcome you back anytime.

The place was large enough for our group - 15 staying there and 5 more visiting often. Nice large group space for dining and hanging out. Good number of bathrooms. Plenty of dishes. Pool was a great temperature (though a bit cool for a hot tub).

Great golf house.

Group of 16 of us stayed in the two houses, plenty of room. Houses are right next door to each other. Great location if you’re there to play golf.

My family and I celebrated Thanksgiving this year by renting the Quinta Blue and Quinta Green houses. We were very satisfied with the accommodations of both houses, and the customer service from everyone at Avant Stay was top notch. They were quick to respond about the minor concerns that we had and were very helpful anytime we needed to reach out about anything. We will definitely consider Avant Stay for any future bookings, and would absolutely stay at the Quinta Blue or Green again.

Great place depending on your needs

Place was great for us. We were in 2 houses. We were a large group of 24, 20 adults 4 children, Common areas were large yard was large. There were issues with both houses some were fixed others not. There were no BBQ tools for either house. They did bring 1 set after I called. The jacuzzi dis not work at the small house . We reported it but were told they could not do it. The cooking utensils at both houses were non existent. They brought a spatula for one house bought not the other. The garage door was not working well at the large house. Other than the spa not working and the lack of cooking utensils the other items were minor. In the big house only two rooms out of seven have closets or even pegs to hang up clothes. We will probably stay next year but will be prepared to supply our own utensils. Be aware they have a metal plate with bolts sticking up that could severely injure your foot, It is next to the pool in an area that you frequently walk barefoot and it would be easy to kick or step on. This is a massive liability lawsuit waiting to happen. All that aside it was a perfect place for our group.
