This spacious & peaceful 2-story home is conveniently located in the heart of east Austin. The house is quietly tucked in a neighborhood with the nearby amenities of a quick 8-10 minute ride to downtown, Ladybird Lake, or Rainey St. Zilker Park is about 10-15 minutes away and Circuits of the America is 15-18 minutes away.

This house is great for a family or friend getaway where you’ll have all the basic necessities for cooking, coffee, laundry, and plenty of backyard space for outdoors activities.

Fun, modern home in East Austin with a great backyard and game room. Very clean, had all the nessicities.

House was nice, arcade room was a cool bonus for hanging out! The hot tub was not a "hot" tub so that was disappointing as it was the main feature we wanted. Overall, a clean and nice stay. Good location for what we needed. Owner needs to update the list to correctly state no "hot" tub.
