The cozy and light-filled apartment is located on the first floor of a Tyrolean chalet and was newly renovated at the end of 2019 and furnished with love.

It offers 2 bedrooms with 6 beds, a spacious living room with kitchen and dining area, separate shower room and toilet, south / west facing balcony overlooking the summit of the Wilder Kaiser, underground parking and ski storage. Here you can really relax and enjoy the alpine cosiness and atmosphere.

The Premium Apartment is equipped with high quality wooden and upholstered furniture, Bedroom 1 with a great box spring bed (160x200), Bedroom 2 with a double bed (160x200) and a loft bed (140x200) made of real Swiss stone pine, which has been proven to improve the quality of sleep. Pillows, bedding and towels are exclusively high quality branded goods. A baby cot can be provided upon request.

Also from the equipment of the kitchen you will be pleasantly surprised. It offers u.a. a Nespresso machine, coffee maker, milk foamer, kettle, toaster, baking utensils, microwave, dishwasher, etc.

In the living area you can feel good on the couch and cuddle. The Sat Flatscreen is movable and allows the TV from the living area and the dining area.

The apartment Tirolia has an allergy-friendly (dust mites) set up and has reduced unnecessary things such as curtains and carpets. Mites Encasing on loft bed, mite cover available for box spring bed or double bed in bedroom 2, two duvets with mite liners, all pillows with mite covers. Allergy sufferers on request.

Free entry for our guest to the Kaiserquell outdoor pool in Kirchdorf (since summer 2024). We also provide outdoor pool towels, mountain towels and picnic blankets.

We belong to the Kitzbüheler Alpen St. Johann in Tirol tourism association, on whose website you can also find valuable information about the trip. A tourism fee applies. Currently 2.20 euros/adults aged 16 and over per night, new price from 1.12.24 is 2.60 euros.
