Comfortable vacation home in Bavarian style

This is a 2005 Bavarian-style semi-detached house with a cosy atmosphere, comfort, and many extras. The house features two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a double bed and a large closet (one bedroom has a large balcony). There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the ground floor, there is an open kitchen with a microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, ceramic cooktop, and oven. a cosy sitting area, an utility room, a living room with a sofa bed for 1 person and a terrace, as well as a separate toilet and a heating/utility room. We also offer a satellite TV and a CD stereo system. A travel cot is available. Accommodates up to 5 people.



Winter season: great opportunities for skiing—lifts and ski schools in the immediate vicinity, Kampenwandbahn (10 km); Zahmer Kaiser (8 km), Kössen (20 km); ski shop in Elmau-Seefau-Brixen (25 km). For our cross-country skiers: trailhead right nearby (1 km). The Durchholzen toboggan run (approx. 5 km) features a winter toboggan run with a lift. For skaters: A beautiful ice rink and access to a sauna are located at Hallodu in Ebbs (approx. 5 km).

Summer season: There is a small lake with a sunbathing area at the facility. Near Walchsee (about 6 km). Interesting trails lead straight to the gateway to Tyrol at Chiemsee. Within walking distance is the Wildbichl Game Park, which showcases alpine wildlife in its natural habitat. The Ebbs Zoo, featuring rare species, is also very interesting (about 5 km away). There’s a large water park in Hallodu, Ebbs. In the summer, you can go tobogganing in Durchholzen (about 10 km away).
