Please see our hundreds of 5 star reviews for our other properties. We have just renovated this one and just put it on the rental market.

Newly updated, Balmy Breezes is the perfect location to enjoy all of Coligny Beach & Plaza and the new Celebration Park. No need to rent bikes, because it is just a 2-minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean’s sugary sand beach and 5-minutes to the Plaza or Park.

The space
This villa was recently renovated (summer 2022) with all new appliances, and furniture with a coastal feel, and décor. Situated on the Ocean/Coligny side of Hilton Head Cabanas, it is so easy to enjoy your day on the beach or at the pool just outside the back patio.

It has everything you will need for the beach or pool including a wagon, backpack beach chairs, and an umbrella. Pop over to Piggly Wiggly and grab some shrimp and steaks to grill on your patio and unwind with a nice glass or wine.

The property has a gated central pool and a shallow kiddie pool and poolside restrooms.

Guest access
Only two vehicles are allowed per rental. This property is amazingly easy to find and has an electronic lock for your convenience. Never need to worry about losing or sharing the keys.

The Savannah airport is about 45-minutes away and the airport on the island is about 2-miles.

Great place!

The condo was very clean and in a great location. The staff was very quick to communicate for checkin/out or if I had a question. Loved the little extras upon arrival- you don’t see that often!
