Great spot

This is a GREAT condo. It was well appointed and has all the things we needed for a great stay. It’s within walking distance to Main Street and it has two masters bedrooms plus a bunk room which was perfect for two families and kids. We had an amazing time!

Ski vacation

The condo is perfect for a ski trip to Breck. The unit was very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Plus could walk to the slopes and town.

Very pleased!!

We had zero complaints about the property! Great communication with management and we had everything we needed to accommodate our group. I also appreciated the little things like hair dryers, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets. Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely perfect!

The property/condo was amazing. It was spacious, walking distance to downtown, and absolutely spotless in all rooms. The cleanest property that I have ever rented. Even though the shared pool was across the street, it was such a nice location with a spectacular view of the mountains, you didn't mind walking over or jumping in your car to drive over. Overall, GREAT trip!

Great spot for all events.

Great experience very nice accommodations. Great outdoor grill and very clean. Three blocks and you are in downtown shopping and eating. Bus stops are also around the corner and free. 10 minutes to the slopes and peak 9. Great communication.

Fantastic condo with all the needed amenities

This was our first time at Breck and we were looking for a spot within walking distance of both the slopes and Main St. This location accomplished that. The unit itself was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host, Jesse, was incredibly responsive and helpful. I also appreciated that there were humidifiers available to use, since it was a lot more dry than we'd expected.

Great stay

The property looked like it did in the pictures. We chose it because of the 3 bedrooms, and the extra space was great. En suite bathrooms in each bedroom was nice too. The property was stocked with all the essentials. The location was great, it was quiet and still in walking distance to the slopes and town. The kids even went to the pool and hot tub a few times! The only reason this was not five stars was that all the beds were uncomfortable. Someone was always on the coach because their bed was uncomfortable. Maybe time for new mattresses?

Family Vacation

We had the best time in Breck! We loved the condo. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The condo came stocked with paper towels, cleaning supplies, detergents, toilet paper and shampoo, conditioner and soaps. The three bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The condo was also stocked with games and puzzles. The best part was we walked everywhere in Breck. The unit is close to hiking trails, shops and restaurants. We also walked to the grocery off of Adams Street. We would stay here again.

Excellent on all counts!

From my initial emails with the property manager to the day we departed the property, everything was top-notch. While in the planning phase of the trip, I had numerous questions for Jesse, the property manager. Each question was answered promptly and with excellent, helpful information. The home itself was well stocked in the kitchen with every cooking & dining item a guest needed ... and then some! The bedrooms were comfortable and had lots of extra pillows and blankets. You can leave the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash at home because each bathroom was well stocked. The condo is perfectly located, offering guests a quick walk into the center of town and coffee shops and restaurants. At the corner is the shuttle to Peak 8, and access to Peak 9 is literally across the street. I highly recommend the condo to anyone looking for a clean, well-stocked, and convenient Breckenridge location!

We loved this property for our family vacation. It was full of light. It was full of good art. And the selection of bedding and furniture and colors were mountain-y but not too kitchy. Perfect. There was great hang out space. The beds were more cozy than our home beds (and we are all cozy-bed enthusiasts). The kitchen and other household-y spaces (iron, ironing board, washer-dryer, games, puzzles, etc.) were well-kitted out. The location was perfect to walk down to Main Street and only a drive to the hikes and other outdoor adventures we had planned. the view of the mountains and the trees surrounding the private balcony was the perfect coffee and writing early morning starting place. It was quiet at night and the only sounds during the day were birds and people taking jogs or bike rides or family walks down the street/sidewalk running alongside the balcony side. Weirdly, I was even impressed that the toilet paper was the good kind. Haha. Truly, this made our first stay in Breckenridge even better. We loved this place. Thank you for the care and thoughtfulness you put into these rentals. You guys have done what is a pretty hard thing to do -- just about make a serial rental feel like someone's family cabin that graciously let you borrow it for a few days.
