This roomy 3 bedroom One Breckenridge Place townhome is conveniently located steps from Main St. and the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Our spacious three-bedroom unit offers two-levels in an open floor plan. On the main level you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the bottom floor are two more bedrooms also with ensuite bathrooms and washer/dryer.

LOCATION – One Breckenridge Place townhomes are just steps from everything you came to Breckenridge to do. Located across the street from the free shuttle, 1 block from main st and 200 yds to the Peak 9 lifts and Breckenridge ski school.

AMENITIES – This comfortable three-bedroom unit offers a master king suite in the upper level with additional sleeping space in the lower level including a queen bedroom and a bunk bedroom each with their own private bath. Baby pack and play along with booster seat is available for use. The deck offers a great place to grill or soak in the outdoor hot tub. Guests also have access to the Upper Village heated outdoor pool and hot tubs (off-site) located just behind the One Breckenridge Place complex on Village Road (just a 1-2 minute walk). Ski sleds are stored in the garage to use at the local sledding hills.
