Excellent place to stay!

This house was the cutest renovated property! It was spotless. Brand new everything. Very responsive host. Had snacks and coffee stocked as well as basic spices and baking supplies. We weren’t even expected to clean the dishes, towels, or take out the trash. Exceptional experience! Would 5/5 recommend and stay again! Loved everything about it!

The cutest house

We loved our stay at Colin’s place. The pictures do not do this house justice. It’s amazing. Decorated so nice. So much attention to detail and intentionality. We had everything we needed and more. If you’re traveling with a baby or toddler they have everything you need! The house was cozy and perfect location to get wherever we needed to go quickly. Colin was responsive and helpful anytime we had a question. We will be back!

Amazing House - Perfect for bike vacation

We had the most excellent visit to Bella Vista for our spring break. Colin has thought out all the details for a bike oriented vacation home. The bike stand and tools with in garage bike storage were so handy along with the back patio area with grill to spend time in the sun and eat and relax. The attached dining/bar area was a great place to eat and socialize indoors with a great kitchen outfitted with all the things we needed. Master bedroom was amazing with a great deck and plenty of storage space. Other bedrooms were equally great and the second bathroom was nice and connected to the kids bedroom. Living room was spacious and comfortable to play games in and relax. Location is close to back 40 trails and we were able to quickly drive in to town or ride in along trails. Overall we were so impressed with the house and would highly recommend!

Bella Vista Getaway

The property was just as described. Host Colin Waits anticipated nearly every need throwing in snacks, great coffee, and an eclectic vinyl selection to boot. Plenty of supplies, great outdoor lounging, and a relaxing view of a tall-tree ravine off the bedroom patio where birds serenade all day long. Close to a fairly well-traveled street but super quiet at night making sleeping a breeze. Trail access is just a short walk away. If you walk the back 40, wear hiking shoes. Regular athletic shoes won't cut it on its rocky paths. Don't be surprised if you see a deer or two. We did. After trailing it, be sure to check out the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville, it's impressive. Another must, the Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel, is an architectural gem just minutes from the property.

My family and I love to travel and wanted to design a comfortable, peaceful and affordable place for people to enjoy. NWA has a ton to offer, world class mountain biking, great local places to eat and drink, lakes and nature overall. Our property has easy, convenient access to a major trailhead, just hop on your bikes and go. Amenities are important, our hang out offers comfortable outdoor furniture with overhead hanging lights. A garage with professional biking tools for those that like to tinker with their toys. Accommodations throughout that are well appointed and professionally designed.
