The property and the condo are very nice.The condo has everything you would need. The bedroom description was wrong, there is no queen bed which did cause an issue when my adult kids stayed one night. It did irritate me when I reached out to the manager and she suggested another condo, but was more money. The description should have been right. Also,the people up above you are very noisy.... sounds like they are bowling all day.Overall, I would recommend.

Clean comfortable accommodations. Kitchen well equipped. Comes complete with beach towels which isn't always the case. Only a few steps away from the main pool. Jennifer was a great communicator and addressed a couple of minor issues with us and had them resolved the very next day! As is the case with many units in Bella Piazza, the thermostat is locked at 72 so one cannot make the unit cooler for sleeping. I understand this completely when it is super hot and humid during the day. However at night when temps are generally in the mid 70's outdoors and the relentless Florida sun is not an issue, there ought to be a way for guests to adjust the thermostat after dark to a much more comfortable sleeping temperature. I was not comfortable with the bedroom temperature at night. All in all I would still recommend the unit.
