Great stay

For us it was a great location and the condo had everything we needed. Recommended! Sadly the pool/ hot tub was only open till dusk.

This property was perfect for our trip to Florida. The unit was clean and provided everything we needed. It was close to Disney and had access to a nice grocery store, CVS, and restaurants. We would stay here again.

A place to chill

Needed a place to stay at short notice after a booking we had made failed to deliver, owners responded quickly to our request and arrival instructions nice and clear. Very close to publix with a larger publix a short drive away.

Great stay!

After another VRBO booking fell through, we were in a quick hurry to find somewhere else late at night. We found this property. The host was very responsive and put our minds at ease. Very nice set up. Had all the amenities we needed. Comfy beds. Spacious. Nice area. I would recommend this property to others!

Loved the property!!

This was a very nice place to stay. Lovely property and set up. Super comfortable living arrangements and location to stores is wonderful. Only suggestion would be to increase some amenities in the kitchen. Not enough pots and pans am especially if you have a family of 4-6 people. Other than that amazing!! Recommend highly.

Family trip to parks

The property was very accommodating and convenient to restaurants however the master bedroom bedspread was not great. Might need to bring additional bedding. But the overall stay was nice. The owners were very easy to work with and provided clear instructions and sent them in advance so I felt well prepared.

Disney Vacation

Overall, nice rental. A little longer drive to Disney than expected, but not terrible. Neighbors above were loud walkers and sounded like they were rearranging furniture in the early morning hours. Master bath shower was lacking a bit. Master bed not very comfortable, but we're picky. On site security patrols were very nice.

Thanks for your review - the distance to Disney is exactly as per the listing which also provides a map, it is 9 miles. Unfortunately we cannot control neighbors footsteps, but if it was an issue and you had let us know, we could have certainly spoken to them for you. Mattresses are definitely a personal preference and no other guests have had an issue with this or the shower - it's just a regular shower! Glad you enjoyed i otherwise.

Competition weekend

The house was really nice and cozy. It was just right and what we needed. Publix which is my favorite store, was like in walking distance, and restaurant as well! The porch had a nice view of a waterfall, which we thought was peaceful! Overall it was a nice place and we would definitely book it again!

Best Vacation Ever!

I stayed in 114 with my friend visiting from the UK and we had a fabulous time! The condo is very modern, clean, beautiful and has a lovely view out the patio overlooking the pond and fountain. Matt was very responsive to my questions and needs and I highly recommend using him to anyone!!!
