Escape to relaxation in this spacious, modern home—just two blocks from the beach! With 4 bedrooms, a loft, 3.5 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen, it’s the ideal spot for families and groups to unwind and create lasting memories. The open living room and residential elevator add extra convenience, while the outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a day of sun and surf.


Only because we are not local to the area, we wont have the privilege to meet you ourselves. However, we have an incredible team in the area, it would be their pleasure to assist you.

You will have the entire place to yourself. A key code will unlock the door during your stay. Our spacious driveway and garage allows for up to 3 cars.

This beautiful, modern home gives you the peaceful setting for trip - perfect for large groups, family vacations, child-friendly trips, holidays, weekend getaways or extended stays. Carolina Beach is an easy drive from Raleigh, Charlotte and all of North Carolina!

Location: Located on Snapper Lane you will stay two blocks from beach access, a short 4-minute walk before your toes hit the sand. Enjoy close proximity to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, local restaurants and Fort Fisher aquarium.

1st Floor: Double bunk bed bedroom sleeps 4 with books and toys for small children, a king bedroom, full bathroom (shared), and dedicated workspace.

2nd Floor: Spacious living room with 65" Samsung 4K UHD Smart TV and games for a rainy day, dining room and eat-in kitchen with seating for 12 + a high chair for your infant guests, a well-equipped kitchen for your meals, an outdoor patio and balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze.

3rd Floor: A loft space with a 50" Samsung 4K UHD Smart TV and queen sleeper sofa, laundry room with washer and dryer, two queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom, king primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a pack ‘n play for an infant.

Elevator: The residential elevator makes it easy to go between the three levels in case you choose to forgo the stairs.

Outdoor Shower: Located in the back of the home for your privacy.

Toiletries: We supply luxurious and eco-friendly Public Goods body wash, shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion for your stay. We'll get you started with toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags but if you're staying more than a weekend you likely will need to bring or buy some more.

Wifi: 1 Gbps + a mesh network so you always have coverage in the home.

Parking: There is space for 4 medium-sized cars in the driveway.

Grill: A 22” Weber Master Touch 22-in Charcoal Grill is available for use.

Beach Accessories: 8 adult-sized chairs are included as well as a beach wagon and sun shelter are included.

Please note that in booking our property that you agree to:

-No parties or events inside or on the property. Violation of this will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

-No smoking, no vaping inside or on patios.

- 2 Adult Dogs Maximum - Less than 50lbs (Pet Fee Required) - No Puppies

-Show respect to the community. Keep the noise level after 10PM at a minimum.

-This is a no shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry.

-A maximum of 14 guests, excluding infants, for your stay.

-Leaving the property in a reasonably clean condition, including removal of trash and taking trash out if staying over on Sunday night.

-Report any damage from your stay prior to check-out.

-A minimum $300 fee will be charged if house rules are not followed and a claim will be filed with Airbnb.

-If a elevator service technician is called as a result of not following the basic instructions a $500 service fee will be assessed to the guest.
