Cute Loft studio in Holualoa, right above Kona. Our 2 acre property is surrounded by Coffee farms. Hike to a famous Kona Coffee farms like : Heavenly Hawaiian and Buddha's Cup. Cooler elevation. Tropical fruits and flowers. Conveniently located close to tourist attractions.
This is our downstairs unit with Separate entrance and parking space. About 250 sqft, 12' ceiling.
Fully remodeled studio with loft/bed queen memory foam mattress and futon (full size) couch. Small fridge, microwave, dishwasher and 2 burner cooktop with exhaust fan. Small bathroom.
50' TV and wireless internet.
15 miles from Kona Airport.
15 min drive to downtown Kona.
7 min drive to Keauhou shopping center: grocery store, restaurants, shopping, farmer's market.
We have friendly rescue cats and a few wild chickens on the property. You have to be ok with cats being around. Of course outdoor only.
This is a hosted rental. Additional charge: $20/night for additional guest after two.
