Make yourself at home at this creek-side tiny house nestled in a gated RV and Tiny House community only 10 minutes from Blue Ridge. Relax outdoors under the covered porch, or roast s’mores by the creek-side firepit. Indoors, you’ll find vaulted ceilings, plenty of natural light, and an open living and kitchen area. The house sleeps up to 4 people, with a queen bed in the main bedroom and two additional full beds in the upstairs loft. The well-equipped kitchen has full-sized appliances, a dishwasher, and the cookware perfect for preparing your favorite meal. Other amenities include coffee maker, Wi-Fi with fiber internet, two TVs, and a stacked washer and dryer.

The gated community has much to offer, including a pool, playground, two stocked lakes, multiple pavilions, frisbee golf, basketball, and level walking areas. Ingles, Starbucks, and other shopping centers are less than ten minutes away.

This place was great. The location is amzing. We are a family of four and there was plenty of room. It was nice that the kids were in the loft. I've never stayed in an VRBO where everything in it was the home was in such good condition. We had a great time. I wanted to stay longer but had to keep going.

Wonderful winter vacation!

The tiny house is exactly as it is listed. Has everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. My kids loved fishing in the 2 ponds, playing basketball, riding bikes and relaxing in the hot tub. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Awesome time in Blue Ridge

We had an amazing getaway in Blue Ridge. The place was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family of 4. The community was awesome and the house has a trout fishing stream right behind it. The fire pit was great for the cold nights. We plan to be back!

Best Glamping Around!

This house is perfect for families looking to try out camping. It was VERY clean and came with everything we needed for a great weekend. The camp ground it is located in has a ton of amenities for kids. Creek, pond for fishing. A pool and Park and it’s only a few minutes to downtown Blue Ridge. Easy Check in process. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect location

We stayed at the tiny house for our Girls' Weekend and it was the perfect location! Minutes for downtown Blueridge, and close to Blairsville and Young Harris. The tiny house was very spacious and the huge window allowed for privacy on the bottom with large transoms up top for natural light. We had plenty of space and the house was beautifully furnished. Would definitely recommend.

Adorable home

The home is adorable, exactly as described. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking your meals. The use of space was planned out perfectly! We had some issues caused by the winter weather but the owners were quick to respond! We will certainly be back again!

Just What We Needed

We planned a last-minute trip to NoGA and needed a place to stay. This tiny house fit the bill. It was cute, had all the essentials we were looking for, and the hostess was ver nice. We’re very familiar with this tiny house and rv community, which is why we keep coming back. We feel safe and secure there. A great place with great people!

Perfect Cozy Getaway!

Oh my goodness, we had such a wonderful time here! Not only was this place beautiful and full of happy people, but it was clean, so well put together, and in a beautiful setting! It rained, and we enjoyed the sounds on the tin roof… And listening to, and watching the creek on the property! The day we were leaving we asked for a small extension and our gracious host permitted us to stay just a little while longer! It was wonderful, and we will definitely be back!

Great girlfriends weekend in the mountains 💜

We celebrated the Bride to Be for the weekend at this adorable tiny house. We had a great time minus a couple of things that we messaged Sandy about and she responded so quickly! The only thing I would change is that steep staircase, be very careful!

Tiny home, big charm!

We cannot say enough good things about this property! From the idyllic creek side firepit area, to the super clean and cozy decor that welcomes you inside, Sandy has created a gem in Blue Ridge. The home is fully stocked with everything you could want for "holing up" for an extended stay or a romantic weekend. Nestled within an RV resort, the area is perfect for morning and evening walks. The park rangers were extremely friendly and helpful, as were all of the folks we encountered. Sandy's communications were quick and thorough as well. This tiny home comes with our big recommendation!!
