Located directly on the west beach (Viktoriastraße), this apartment impresses with its unique location: The south / west orientation of the balcony and the living room offer sunshine from morning to evening - and with fantastic sea views. You will only find this on the west beach in Viktoriastraße on Norderney.

The almost 50 square meter apartment is located on the 4th and top floor of the house and offers one thing above all: absolute quiet, because you are well protected from prying eyes.

The bedroom with three beds (a double bed and a single wall bed) is oriented towards Brunnenstrasse and offers a great view of the town. In the summer months, let the first rays of sun wake you up in the morning.

The elevator takes you comfortably and barrier-free from the ground floor to the fourth floor. At the bottom of the house is also the swimming pool, which you can use as you please.

The bade: haus Norderney, the popular and lively beach street and the conversation house are only a stone's throw away, the promenade, the beach and the west beach bar are at your feet.

The apartment has so far only been used as a holiday home and will be rented to holiday guests for the first time in 2020. The condition of the furniture is very well maintained.

Traumwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung äußerst wohl gefühlt. Die Lage direkt am Weststrand mit Blick auf die Nordsee war traumhaft. Auch am Morgen während des sonnigen Frühstücks die Sicht über die Dächer Norderneys war bezaubernd. In 2 Minuten ist man am Wasser, aber auch die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Besser kann man es nicht haben. Wir lieben die Nordsee und Norderney sehr und in diesem mit so viel Geschmack und Bedacht ausgestatteten Domizil konnten wir unsere Zeit voll und ganz genießen. Besonders entspannend war der Urlaub, weil alles, was man als Gäste so braucht, vorhanden war. Angefangen von Küchenutensilien über Hygieneartikel für das Bad, Gewürze (Salz und Pfeffer etc. pp.) muss man ja sonst immer erst einkaufen. Aber auch das schöne und edle Geschirr, Gläser und Mobiliar, Kerzen für eine gemütliche Stimmung am Abend auf dem tollen Balkon, eine funktionierende Kaffeemaschine mit vorhandenem Kaffeepulver und natürlich Filterpapier machten den Urlaub vom ersten Tag an zu einem Genuss. Unser Vermieter hat wirklich für alles vorgesorgt. Auch die Organisation vor Reiseantritt hat 100 %ig geklappt. Alles war genau beschrieben, so dass wir ohne jeden Stress in die Wohnung einziehen konnten. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung ohne jede Einschränkung empfehlen und würden sie jederzeit, wenn wir nach Norderney fahren, gerne wieder mieten.

Eine perfekte Wohnung

Unseren Urlaub haben wir sehr genossen. In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts. Die Aussicht ist unglaublich schön. Kurzum : Gerne jederzeit wieder.

sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben eine erholsame und schöne Woche in einem sehr gut ausgestatteten Appartement in bester Lage verbracht. Besonders der Meerblick vom Balkon im vierten Stock ist herrlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos und sehr sympathisch. Alles in allem bestens!

Wunderschöne Ferienwoche ist viel zu schnell zu Ende gegangen.

Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Fotos. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist unkompliziert. Der schöne Balkon hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick aufs Meer und den Weststrand. Das Städtchen ist ganz nah, der Bäcker in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Seid einigen Jahren gehen wir auf die Insel, diesmal war es besonders schön. Perfekte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter mit Tips und Informationen, man hat das Gefühl man kennt sich… Die Lage ist perfekt, mit direktem Meerblick und dennoch ist man in 200m in der Fußgängerzone/Kurplatz . Sehr zweckmäßig und mit hochwertigem Mobiliar eingerichtete Wohnung .

Die schönste Wohnung, die wir biem 6. Aufenthalt auf der Insel, jemals hatten

Tolle, gepflegte Wohnung - direkt mit Meerblick. Bei schönem Wetter immer Sonnenschein - morgens vorne zur Stadt hin , gesehen vom Frühstückstisch und nachmittags auf dem herrlichen Balkon. Fernsehen im Wohnzimmer, das hochwertig wie die gesamte Wohnung eingerichtet ist. Fernsehen sogar im Schlafzimmer - drehbar zum Frühstückstisch. Wir waren schon oft in Norderney, aber solch eine tolle Wohnung haben wir noch nie vorgefunden. Da lohnt sich eine wiederholte Buchung in den nächsten Jahren. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war hervorragend. Die Hausmeisterin ist auch immer behilflich und auch freundlich. Die Herausforderungen der Corona-Pandemie wurden durch diese Wohnung entschädigt. Noch erwähnenswert ist die absolute Ruhe im ganzen Haus.
