Great location!

Everything was great. Super clean, and the property staff is very helpful. We were in Vegas for U2 at the Sphere, and this is the closest property to it. It takes about 15 minutes to walk. Highly recommend!

Great location with lots of amenities

I was surprised that I had to put a deposit when I checked in. It was like checking into a regular hotel rather than a VRBO. I asked for a late check out and was immediately denied - don’t think the front desk even checked. When my friend realized he forgot his phone in the room (after we checked out 2 hours prior) the front desk gave him the key to go back to the room and check it himself. Didn’t even offer to check with housekeeping or security. So we went back to the room and didn’t find it. Went back to the front and then they said to check with housekeeping. Mind you, housekeeping didn’t even start to clean our room. Finally we asked a maintenance worker and he said to check with security. Now 45 minutes later, security had his phone. Would’ve been nice and time-saving if the front desk took a minute or 2 to check with security! They were not friendly or helpful AT ALL! This isn’t a reflection on the host but rather the hotel itself. Nice room that was clean, with full kitchen and bathroom necessities. Laundry area came with detergent too. Great location - we were able to walk to a lot more places than I thought. 5 stars for the host but 1 star got the hotel.
