Newly built in 2022. Cheerful, 3-Bedroom Home

New home, clean, large living room, fully furnished kitchen, private workspace w/ outdoor smoker/grill and patio furniture. Come enjoy this private residence located on the 15th green of the City Golf course. Spectacular Views. Hottub on premise. I do require an additional $150 cleaning fee since it takes a minimum 5 hours to clean. Not included in nightly price since unfair to guests who don't care to use it.

Nice house, spacious and well kept. Quiet neighborhood in a nice, non crowded area. Great patio, if the weather cooperates, with a golf coase view. All in all a nice experience.

The home was very nice, comfortable, and clean. The host had great communication and made a lot of effort to make sure we had a great stay. We will definitely be looking to see if this home is available for our future trips to Preston!PS- my son said to make sure and note that the owner gets extra bonus points for being a 49ers fan :-)

Perfect Stay in Preston

We were in town for a basketball tournament and this was a perfect place to stay. Our host was very responsive, the house was clean with everything we could possibly want. This is a nice quiet location Facyson a field on one side and a golf course on the other. We even chatted briefly with the neighbor who was very nice.
