Perfect place for a beach getaway.

The condo was clean, updated and had everything we needed. Right on the beach and a short walk from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk made this the perfect spot for our family vacation. Would definitely stay here again.

Go somewhere else.

It's ocean front with a great view. Other than that, we will not return! Too many issues with no resolution. We left 3 days early due to the issues and lastly, the noise from above. Lost a lot of money and personal time on this vacation and it was our anniversary.

Nice view but needs some improvements

The view is nice! The property could be cleaned a little more thoroughly. The big rug in the living room smelled like dog urine. The master bedroom bed was uncomfortable. Also the dishes didn’t look clean, and there was out of date coffee flavoring, etc. in the cabinet. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Awesome condo

Great location. Great price. Beautiful views from balcony. Close to boardwalk and many businesses within walking distance. Cute and clean property. Only things that weren't great was the parking (too tight, confusing). Also, not our property owners problem, but we were on 2nd floor. There was a family above us and they ran, stomped, and were loud. I politely asked them to try to be respectful and the lady started screaming at me. They literally ran around all night, too. So, be prepared for noisy people above you because walls are a little thin. Otherwise, we can't wait to go again!

Wonderful getaway but....

Nice place, clean, with a beautiful view. However, the cleaning products were VERY strong and overpowering. The smell somewhat dissipated while we were there but the unbelievably strong smell of a cleaning product from the refrigerator was VERY bad. We made do the best we could. When we returned home I figured I would just wash off everything that had been in the fridge and that would take care of the smell. But even after thoroughly washing everything the terribly strong smell remained. I had to throw out everything that had been in the refrigerator. Very disappointing! And expensive to have to throw everything out! Other than this smell issue the place was great, relaxing and quiet. The mattress on the bed in the en suite bedroom was much too soft and it sunk in quite a bit when I lay down on it. The en suite bathroom was about as small as they come and didn't have a proper light anywhere in the bathroom. All it had was a lighted mirror which definitely didn't do the job. Thankfully we had a lot of sun coming in the window or it would have been quite dark in the bathroom. Parking on the side in the two #2 spots was a bit treacherous. You either had to back the car in or enter from the middle area and drive around the side while maneuvering around the pylons indicating you were about to fall off the edge! On a positive note, the condo was well stocked with all the essentials and the wifi and TV worked great. Loved having a little high top table to sit out on the deck.
