Cara - Large apartment near the center for up to 4 people

Welcome to the apartment "Cara"!

The apartment "Cara" is located near the centre of Garmisch in a newly built apartment building. On 123 square meters, up to 4 people will find a temporary home!

The apartment includes an underground parking space, from which you can easily take the elevator to the apartment on the 1st floor.

After entering the apartment, you immediately realize what is so special about the apartment. Modern art meets tradition here. The spacious living room has an open kitchen as well as a separate area with dining table.

Whether you want to put your feet up and enjoy the gigantic Mountain View, or spend a cosy evening by the fireplace in winter: Both are easily possible here. The large window front brings sufficient light into the apartment at all times and should it be dark for a longer period of time, electric shutters are available in all rooms. Cold feet we do not even allow, because all rooms have underfloor heating!

Also, for a perfect catering everything is prepared: The modern kitchen has all the necessary kitchen appliances. Whether you prefer to make your coffee in the morning with the capsule machine from DeLonghi or in the original way with the filter machine, you can decide for yourself!

The apartment has two bedrooms. Both are equipped with a double bed, a closet, alarm clock and radio and full-length mirror. In one of the bedrooms you will also find a safe in the closet as well as an additional TV.

The apartment has two bathrooms. One of them is located next to one of the bedrooms. Both bathrooms are equipped with towel dryers. The modern showers are at ground level! The bathroom which is attached to one of the bedrooms has a large rain shower head in addition to the normal shower head.

In good weather you can sit comfortably on the circular balcony. Balcony furniture as well as sun loungers are available. A large parasol provides enough shade. You have access to the balcony from both bedrooms! The view of the Garmisch mountains is fantastic! This is a non-smoking apartment, dogs are allowed for an additional fee, Wi-Fi and underground parking can be used free of charge.

Vacation on four legs - You are welcome to bring your pet to this accommodation for a fee. Please let us know in advance. We charge €15.00/night per pet.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay! Apartment is so well equipped, clean and has a beautiful view! The beds were extremely comfortable as well. Walked to many great restaurants and stores. Any questions we had were addressed very quickly! We will hopefully be back!

Spacious well equipped apartment with amazing view of the mountains worth the whole stay. The best equipped kitchen we've ever encountered in a rental place.Well functioning showers and comfortable enough beds (more and better pillows would definitely be an improvement).Having a washer/drier with the apartment was a huge plus for us on a long trip.Excellent location if you want to explore the mountains and the castles. If you want to spend all time in Garmisch Partenkirchen a more central location would probably be better. The apartment is within 20 min walk next to a busy road. Wasn't a problem for us though as we made many day trips.A word of warning to our fellow A/C addicted Americans: there is NO A/C. "Bavarian A/C", that is closing the excellent metal shutters for the day and opening the windows wide during the nights goes only this far. When the temperature was around 30C for high (86F), it was still very hot and stuffy in the south facing apartment at midnight. By the morning the fresh mountain air helps a lot, but I can't imagine surviving there during one of those awful heat waves with temperatures rising over 90F. The management promptly delivered an efficient fan upon our request. It helped some, but no A/C is hard to compensate by just blowing air...In short: excellent apartment if you are not visiting during the hottest time of the year or are used to living without A/C in hot summer. We would definitely stay clear of any place without A/C in the future

Wir haben vier Tage in der Ferienwohnung Cara verbracht und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die helle und große Wohnung ist bestens und sehr komfortabel ausgestattet und verfügt über einen sehr schönen z.T. überdachten Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf die Berge. Es fehlt hier wirklich an nichts und die Betreuung durch die Agentur war überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Wir waren im Juni für zwei Wochen zu zweit in der Ferienwohnung Cara und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das war bisher die schönste Wohnung, die wir in all den letzten Jahren angemietet haben. Es fehlte (fast) nichts. Die Wohnung ist fantastisch ausgestattet und der riesige Balkon war einfach nur schön mit dem wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Berge. Schade, dass wir keinen Sonnenschirm hatten. So konnte wir die schönen Liegen am frühen Abend nicht nutzen, da die Sonne noch zu kräftig war. Wir fühlten uns durch Staygood Ferienwohnungen sehr gut betreut. Wenn etwas war, wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert. Einfach nur sympathisch und absolut empfehlenswert.

Wir haben die Cara Unterkunft gewählt, waren mit unseren 2 Kindern (1 und 5J.) eine Woche im Garmisch! Und sind sehr zufrieden geblieben! Eine große Tiefgarage, sehr sauber überall / Aufzug war für uns total bequem mit dem Kinderwagen.. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat es da nichts gefehlt! Sehr bequeme Betten , super große Terrasse mit einem traumhaften Ausblick!!!! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und werden uns freuen über die schöne Unterkunft ❤️ Geschäfte Restaurants alles zu Fuß erreichbar 10-15 min . Besser immer vor reservieren ( Steakhaus und Gasthaus zu Schranne können wir sehr gut empfehlen mit 5 ⭐️)

Die Wohnung ist gehoben eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Wir waren sehr überrascht, mit wie viel Liebe in die Einrichtung und in der Auswahl der Gebrauchsgegenstände investiert wurde. Die Kuscheldecke für ein Sonnenbad auf dem sehr großen Balkon ist nur einer der Beispiele. Der Blick zur Zugspitze ist vom Balkon fantastisch. Ist man Hundebesitzer, so empfiehlt sich der 20-menütige Sparziergang entlang des Flusses Loisach bis zur Stadt. Wir können die Unterkunft mit all ihren Annehmlichkeiten nur weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung schon vor 2 Jahren einmal gemietet und waren damals sehr zufrieden. Dieser Eindruck hat sich bei der jetzigen Buchung bestätigt. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich lückenlos, der optische Eindruck sehr gut. Ein sehr empfehlenswerte komfortable Wohnung.

schönes Feriendomizil

Wir haben uns in der ruhig gelegenen Ferienwohnung, welche komplett eingerichtet ist, sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass für den schönen Kamin kein Feuerholz zur Verfügung stand. Es wäre bei dem nasskühlen Wetter angenehm gewesen, das Cheminée einzuheizen. Über dieses kleine Manko sollte sich der Eigentümer einmal Gedanken machen. Trotzdem können wir die Wohnung bestens empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der FeWo Cara. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und toll gelegen. Die Wohnung wurde uns in einem einwandfreien und sehr sauberen Zustand überlassen. Auch der Platz in der Tiefgarage ist gerade zum Ent-und Beladen sowie nach langen Ausflügen ein riesiger Pluspunkt. Der Kontakt zur Vermittlung war stets freundlich und unkompliziert. Als wir bei einer Kleinigkeit Hilfe benötigten, wurde sich umgehend um eine Lösung bemüht. Klasse! Bei einem zukünftigen Aufenthalt in GAP kommen wir sehr gern wieder!

Tolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Küchenutensilien, Reinigungsmaterial, Staubsauger, Geschirrtücher, Schwämme usw. sehr umfangreich. Alles sauber. Vorteilhaft auch der überdachte Freisitz, so kann man auch bei mäßigem Regen noch draußen sitzen. Einkaufen fußläufig EDEKA und Netto. Würden wir nochmals buchen.
