features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms fully kitchen and a private pool (can be heated for additional fee)

Our home is very well located in Lake Berkley Resort with
short walking distance to the Lake Berkley, where you may walking or
fishing. There are also community heated pool, gym, volley court,
basketball tennis court and kids playground.

Strictly no smoking and no pets

The living room is spacious with a 5 seats sofa and loveseat
to relax and enjoy the 60 inch SMART TV.

Dining table seats 8. If you feel like cooking the beautiful
fully kitchen appliances is ready for you. All of this is designed to be
open and family ready.

Laundry room with Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron, Iron table and clothesline.

This family friendly home also offers free WIFI.

Master bedroom - Queen size bed, 32 inch TV, Closet and private bathroom with shower room.
