Awesome, clean house with a great pool and hot tub. The home had all the cooking and beach amenities we needed, and is in a beautiful neighborhood. The hosts were communicative and quite helpful in providing tips for local sites and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time here and would love to stay at this home again!

Our stay was awesome. The house was clean and the pool was at a perfect temperature. We were impressed with the quality of the kitchen supplies. The beds were very comfortable. The house was supplied well and met all our needs. The managers were very responsive to questions we had during our stay.

Great place to relax after a day at the beach.

Pool and hot tub were perfect before/after a day at the beach. Great location to explore all the beaches down the coast. Gas oven, clean, beds were comfy, beach towels, and laundry worked for us perfectly.

Valley Green Parkway

We had a great time at this house. Literally 10 minutes from Anna Marie Island. The pool and hot tub were great too. They provide pretty much everything you could need including bikes lawn chairs and sand toys.

Family Vacation 2024

The property location was great just minutes from AMI. The house is located in a clean quite neighborhood. The stay is different from being on the island. We liked the freedom of being able to get in our car and visit AMI and leave. Pool was great. Would stay again.

Nice house with great pool and hot tub

We enjoyed the property. It has been nicely remodeled. The pool and hot tub were nice to just get away from work for a while and relax. The traffic to AMI not so great. If you plan on going there, leave early in the day.

Excellent Family Vacation Spot

The place was great. It was clean and fully stocked for all of our basic needs...from toilet paper to detergent, to coffee. The best part was having all of the equipment needed to go to the beach, which was just a short drive away. The area is very safe, and we even enjoyed a bike ride around the neighborhood. We felt completely safe going for a daily walk. The pool and hot tub provided a nice place to relax when we weren't at the beach. We will definitely be back when we return to the area.

Christmas in Florida

Thank you for a lovely stay in your beautiful home. The house was immaculate with thoughtful Christmas touches i.e. a Christmas tree! We all agreed the beds were SO comfortable! The pool & hot tub were a hit! Location was convient to shopping, dining out & beaches! Communication with Rebecca was always timely. Thanks for everything!!!

Amazing!

I can’t say enough good things. The house, the pool, the hot tub, the location was all excellent. Everything was clean and up to date amenities. The blow dryers weren’t the best but they best any hotel blow dryer I’ve used. I have nothing negative to say about this amazing home! My family made a lifetime of memories snd firsts! We will definitely be back!!

Great Family Rental

20 of us were in town for a memorial service, so we had to rent multiple places. This was the best! It took exactly 11 mins to get the beach with traffic. The house was stocked with everything we could need, including lots of pool toys for the kids. Bonus points for the massive tv for my husband to watch the NFL draft on. Thank you for everything!

Great home

After a bad start to our vacation finally landing in this house made everything good in the world. Nice quiet neighborhood. The house is very clean. The bed was super comfy. The pool was refreshing. The property is only 15 min to the beach. The owners even supply chairs and an umbrella. Even a cooler Communication was great. The owner even texted to make sure i got the check in instructions. I would recommend this place.

Immaculate home in beautiful area, close to beaches

I can’t say enough good about this home and experience. Cleanliness of rental properties is so high on my list and this home was spotless. The home and kitchen was very well stocked. There was nothing we were left wanting that wasn’t available to us. The pool and hot tub were clean and they were both a big hit. The surrounding area was safe and well kept with stores close by. The beach was just a nine minute drive and we even opted to bike to the beach one day as it was such an easy ride. We’d definitely stay at this property again if we find ourselves in Bradenton again.
