Amazing property right on the beach of Playa Hermosa, in front of the best surf, on the north end of Playa Santa Teresa. Very private as this large villa sits in a unique green and pristine property with 180 meters beach front. The two and a half hectares park has very large mature trees and lots of shade.
The house has 4 bedrooms, a study, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living spaces and decks, extra large pool, private yoga shala great for yoga or events. It sleeps 10 people in beds, ideal for a large family or a group of friends. This property is right in the central section of Playa Hermosa beach and walking distance to the Hermosa cafes and surf shops but super private. A rare find. Beachy, stylish, comfortable and spacious, you will experience something unique.

Monkeys as neighbors

A wonderful property in the middle of the jungle and literally just next to the beach. The rooms are spacious and open onto the serviced swimming pool, decor is stylish and tasteful, kitchen is very modern and has everything you need. The location is breathtaking, we felt as we were one with the nature. During the night we heard the sound from birds and monkeys outside. Very relaxing stay, couldn’t find anything better!

Un paradiso

Esperienza straordinaria, di giorno una pace senza uguali, accesso diretto alla spiaggia di Hermosa ( la migliore!) deserta e frequentata dai surfisti; con una lunga passeggiata sulla spiaggia si arriva in paese a Santa Teresa . Di notte, un incanto di rumori: le scimmie che si parlano dagli alberi, perché la casa è’ immersa nella foresta. Pur fornita di un baretto e un piccolo supermarket a 5 minuti, la zona è’ davvero selvaggia. La Villa e’ tutta aperta sulla natura, con un’elegante essenzialita’, e una piscina e un’amaca indimenticate!
