The well-equipped, full kitchen includes full-sized appliances (including a French door fridge), plus helpful extras like a breakfast bar with room for four guests to enjoy a meal. Lost Key Golf and Beach Club is a premire, private island resort community with a 24-hour staffed gate, an 18-hole Arnold Palmer Championship Golf Course with Clubhouse, locker room, and restaurant. Take the complimentary shuttle to the private Gulf-front Beach Club, (approx 15-20 min walk; 5 min drive), which offers dining, drink service, and a beachfront pool. Tennis courts, fitness center, and the spacious resort pool are conveniently located less than 15 houses away (less than a 5-10 min walk) from this home. This home is less than 13 miles from the Naval Air Station Pensacola, home of the world-famous Blue Angels!

Parking notes: Parking for three (3) cars is available. No on-street parking is available. Golf carts are not permitted to be parked on the grass or in the street per the HOA rules. Golf carts must be parked in the driveway or in the garage. Golf carts are NOT permitted to be parked at the Lost Key Beach Club.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for the Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the "Damage Waiver"). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidential damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as your report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
