Cozy, modern apartment in a central location in Kiel. Central station, bus station, shopping center Sophienhof, Förde ships and the old town are about 5 minutes walk from the house. Several bus stops are just around the corner, which means that the university, IKEA and other parts of Kiel and the surrounding area are easily accessible. Bakery and small bistro where you can get good breakfast and lunch nearby.
The apartment renovated in 2019 is located on the 3rd floor (elevator in the house) of an apartment building. It is divided as follows: living room (42 “TV, free WiFi) and bedroom (box spring bed) - both separated by a glass wall, fully equipped kitchen (including a Dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven) and shower room (floor-level shower, toilet, hairdryer, daylight). The windows face the inner courtyard (south-west side). Free parking is available in the area (subject to availability). We are looking forward to your visit!

Die Wohnung ist gut, aber die Umgebung ist verkommen. Auch die Tauschkaffeemaschine hat nicht funktioniert, wir haben dann unseren Kaffee mit Filtertüten gemacht.

Zentral gelegene saubere Wohnung

Vom Kieler Hauptbahnhof nur 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann die Kieler Förde entlang laufen, z.B. auf der westlichen Seite bis zum Hafen der Gorch Fock. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei, keine Störungen bemerkt. TV Bedienung mit Magenta TV ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Hier sollte vielleicht eine Kurzanleitung geschrieben werden. Alles notwendige an Geschirr vorhanden. Positiv sehe ich auch die Bereitstellung eines Badehandtuches. In anderen Einrichtungen habe ich schon kleinere Handtücher gehabt.

Glücksgriff

Zwei Tage vor unserer Kielresie wurde das zuerst gebuchte Objekt bei einem anderen Veranstalter wegen Eigenbedarf des Vermieters storniert. Die bei fewo diret gebuchte Wohnung war ein Glücksgriff. 8 Gehminuten vom HBF, ruhig gelegen, sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin per WhatsApp klappte vorbildlich. Es war ein rundrum gelungener Aufenthalt und wir kommen gern wieder.

Das Appartement ist sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Tolle Lage nahe Hauptbahnhof aber trotzdem sehr ruhig weil es in einer Nebenstraße liegt und die Fenster in den Hof gehen.
