Monterey County Ordinance requires we collect Transient Occupancy Tax equal to 10.5% of rent. Some Vacation Rental websites do not support collection of T.O.T. In those cases, the Tax must be paid directly to Property Manager prior to or upon arrival for all Rentals shorter than 30 Days.

We would highly recommend staying at this house. It was a beautiful design with bright windows and views. The layout was great, kitchen was well stocked, beds comfy, and everything was very clean and had high quality linens and furniture. It also worked well having a small toddler.

This Carmel home is lovely. It is so well appointed and clean. It suited our needs in every regard. This manger is super attentive. We would stay here again for sure!
Beautiful home with a gorgeous view. Plenty of room for two families. Great location. The property management company was so easy to work with. Plenty of suggestions for what was nearby. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back.
I rented this house for a group of friends to celebrate a milestone birthday. Everyone loved the place, which was comfortable, offered lots of places to relax and entertain, and was very well appointed. All the beds were very comfortable! I give my highest recommendation without reservations.
We absolutely LOVED this property! It is in a perfect location that is central to everything. Spacious, clean, well stocked and safe. The beds are very comfortable (which can make or break your vacation.) Plenty of space inside and out for our large group. One note: 2 of the bedrooms are in a guest house located next to the patio. It works well for adults traveling together but might be a little tricky with small children. All in all - it was perfect for our mother/daughter trip and we hope to stay in this gorgeous home again!

What a beautiful home! Excellent views, immaculate, spacious, comfortable & well appointed.We had 9 family members staying here for a family wedding. It's a great location. Very convenient to go into Carmel proper or to go into the Valley to get to the event venue.We cooked multiple meals and I will say it's probably the best stocked kitchen in any rental we've stayed in.The ping pong & pool tables were a lot of fun. The patio furniture & fire tables were very comfortable. The EV charger was much appreciated. All of the luggage stands in the bedrooms were a much appreciated touch.Over all, a very nice stay in an incredible home.
