The living room of this darling condo is perfectly beachy! Featuring new wood floors throughout, a fireplace, comfortable sofas, and a flatscreen TV, this is the ideal place to unwind and kick back after a thrilling day at the beach. Dine with the lake as your backdrop at the six-person dining table. The well-appointed kitchen is complete with everything you need to whip up tasty meals and quick snacks on the go. The main bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom with two comfortable beds has access to the hallway bath.

The condo is very clean, and the view of Lake MI is amazing. The beds are comfortable, baths are nicely updated, and the kitchen has everything you need. The Homestead is a great location to explore Leelanau.

The condo is very nice! Great updated bathrooms and very well equipped. But the icing on the cake is the view. WOW. We could have stayed in the condo all day and watched the lake, the dunes, the islands, the sunset. So beautiful.

Beautiful and spotlessly clean condo located a one-minute walk from the beach. Gorgeous sunsets and quiet and very peaceful. At night all you hear is soft waves and a nice breeze. Highly recommend it!

Great time

The unit was all we could ask for during our stay. The area was wonderful with so much to do, but without tons of people everywhere. We loved the weather with lower temps and humidity than down south. The view of the lake and islands everyday was terrific.

Great location

We have stayed at several properties in the Homestead community, and this is by far our favorite. Beautiful view. Nice clean unit. The only downside is that the bedrooms are in the front of the unit ( away from water) , so they don’t get much airflow, or breeze. Even with fans going, it can take a while for the bedrooms to cool down to a comfortable temperature in the evening… Especially if the humidity is really high.

Lovely condo on the lake

I had a great stay at this very comfortable condo with beautiful views of Lake Michigan and the Manitou islands. Just a few steps to the beach. The kitchen was well furnished for basic cooking, and the living room was very comfortable. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms fine. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was very clean , nicely decorated and very nice ! Excellent view and a great beach . Wasn't extremely baby friendly with the glass tables & end tables ( just in case you are traveling with a baby who is crawling :) - and I regretted not being on the first floor- but that doesn't have anything to do with the excellent, well kept condition of this condo, and there weren't any issues at all. I would stay there again for sure. thank you so much !

We came for the lakw

The pictures look like it’s setting right on the beach and it is not. Very comfortable. Would rather have coffee for the coffee pot rather than 9 boxes of Kleenex setting around😉 Kind of creepy that the sliding door doesn’t lock.

Fun @ the Condo

The property was gorgeous, clean & very homey & comfy,. but there was a miscommunication & I had no running water the 1st night. It was handled quickly the next morning. Other than that it was Great ! The local Vacasa office Ladies helped a lot ! Thanks ! As for Vrbo it was Ok, but next time I'd just rather deal directly w / a person instead of texts & e/mails !! Thanks .

Sparse and showing its age

Condo was clean with great view, but sparsely appointed. The single beds were flimsy and only meant for light weight children. One bathrooms had peeling wallpaper, the other cracked shower tiles. A master bath outlet was not functioning. The coffee maker stopped working during our stay. This South Beach unit was in the poorest condition of any we have annually rented over the past 8 years.

beautiful relaxing spot with amazing view

We lucked out with the weather, and enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be able to just walk out to the beach with the little kids, and Glen Arbor was literally a few minutes drive away. The condo was clean and bright. The only thing we would have appreciated having was a brush to clean the bbq grill.
