Use the spacious barbecue area to prepare regional delicacies and enjoy convivial meals outdoors, whatever the weather. Refresh yourself in the private, fenced pool and relax on the sun terrace and in the pool house.

The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities. Explore the picturesque hiking trails or discover the region on a mountain bike. Visit the Casentino Nature Park or the Sasso Simone. Horse riding excursions or a refreshing dip in the water at the nearby waterfall provide variety. Discover the cultural highlights of the surrounding area, such as the charming Caprese Michelangelo, Sansepolcro or the medieval hilltop town of Anghiari. Arezzo, Perugia or even the Adriatic coast are ideal for a day trip.
