The only two-bedroom vacation rental on the beach, this cozy retreat is nestled among the beautiful dunes of the Gulf of Mexico and is perfect for a family or two couples. Watch the sun and moon rise over the sea. Swim in the pristine waters and search for shells on the amazing white sandy beach - just steps from your door. Explore the Island on a bicycle or paddleboard, or relax on the deck while watching the dolphins play in the surf.

The exterior offers under-house concrete parking, a private swimming pool (heated for a fee), a community boardwalk, an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, a fish cleaning area, and a double park-style grill. Exterior stairs lead to the wraparound decks and open living/dining/kitchen area, where sliding glass doors offer unobstructed views of the gorgeous Gulf waters.

High ceilings and warm wood paneling in the living areas make this bungalow feel spacious and inviting. The living area offers comfortable seating, flatscreen TV, and a queen sofa bed. The wraparound decks overlook the beach and swimming pool and provide plenty of space to unwind, soak up the sun, and enjoy the Gulf breezes. There is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
