With an open floor plan, the main living areas are located on the second floor, providing a perfect space for entertaining family and friends.

The open kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances, ideal for gathering around the large island. Enjoy seamless access to a huge deck that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, where you can relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. A private walk leads you to the secluded Flagler Beach, perfect for sunbathing and beach activities.

Bedrooms and Layout:
- 1st floor includes 2 bunk beds for a total of 4 twin beds, perfect for kids.
- Garage features a game area with a pool and ping pong table, along with a TV for entertainment.
- Full bathroom with a walk-in shower on the first floor.
- 2nd floor houses the fully stocked kitchen, living room, family room, and dining area that seats 10.
- Access to the expansive outdoor deck with private beach access and an outdoor shower.
- Laundry room equipped with washer and dryer, plus a wash sink.
- 3rd floor contains 3 rooms, including the master suite.
- Guest bedrooms have queen-size beds and smart TVs.
- The master bedroom features a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom, including a jacuzzi bathtub with jets and a double sink vanity.
- All bedrooms offer breathtaking ocean views for a peaceful and tranquil experience.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!
