With these new residential units currently being created, no wishes will be left unfulfilled.

Up to six people will find enough space for the most beautiful days of the year, the (family) vacation, on approx.

The spacious, open living area is located on the ground floor and is accessible to the disabled. It offers access to the 30 sqm terrace. This is u. a. equipped with a comfortable living area, cozy reading armchair and flat screen TV. The immediately adjacent kitchen / dining area with full kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, all dishes) offers the opportunity to spoil the whole family with culinary delights at the inviting dining table.

Furthermore, the ground floor offers a handicapped accessible bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower (140 x 100cm), a bedroom with a double box spring bed and a utility room with a washing machine.

On the upper floor, which can be reached via a high-quality, white wooden staircase, there are two further bedrooms, also equipped with box-spring beds for two people each, and a second bathroom with a shower (140 x 100cm).

As a special highlight, a cozy infrared sauna is available in every house for the days, which are called "bad weather" in the north.

Two car parking spaces per residential unit, free WiFi, and the option of charging your own electric car at the in-house petrol station (subject to charges) complete the offer.

The quiet location in Werdum guarantees relaxation for everyone.

Das Haus ist sehr neu und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ländlich ruhig und im Ort alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Gemeinschaftsgrillplatz fördert den Kontakt zu Nachbarn.

Sehr schönes neues Haus, alles sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit Grillmöglichkeit im Hof. Bzgl. der Ausstattung war alles vorhanden, was man sich wünscht. Wir können die Gastriege nur empfehlen.

Außergewöhnliches, top modernes Ferienhaus

Geschmachvolles, farblich top abgestimmtes Ferienhaus, bestens ausgestattet, supermodern. Gepflegtes Ambiente, ruhige Wohngegend, große Terrasse, Strandkorb. Sehr nette Vermieterfamilie, erfüllen auch Sonderwünsche, haben Sinn für "schönes Wohnen". Alles in allem eine superschöne Urlaubswoche mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zu allen Sielen. Wir würden hier in diesem Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.
