Vacation home in Nessmersiel, quiet location, close to the dyke

The Nordseerobbe holiday home offers everything you need for a comfortable and carefree holiday. Extensive renovation and modernization work was carried out in February 2026. The bathroom and guest bathroom were renovated, and the furniture in the living area was replaced.
Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
A new, modern kitchen with an induction cooktop was also installed.
The fully equipped kitchen features an electric stove, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as new appliances such as a coffee maker, a pod coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster.
There is an ample supply of dishes and kitchenware, making self-catering a relaxing experience.
The living-dining area is equipped with a flat-screen TV. The furniture, including a seating area and a couch in the living area, invites you to relax and unwind.
The dining area in the light-filled bay window is perfect for sharing meals and spending time together. A high chair is available.
There is an additional guest bathroom on the ground floor.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (180x200 cm), a chest of drawers, a 3-door closet, and a cot.
The second, brightly furnished bedroom/children’s room features two single beds (90x200 cm), a chest of drawers, and a closet, as well as a cosy seating and play area in the bright bay window.
In addition, the converted, open-concept attic offers two sleeping areas with twin beds (100x200 cm).
The bathroom, equipped with a toilet, shower, sink, and mirrored cabinet (including a hair dryer), also features a washing machine.
The glass-enclosed terrace has an awning for shade and a table with chairs to enjoy time outdoors.
Children can play freely and safely in the fenced-in, well-landscaped garden.
A parking space is located right next to the house.
Towels and bed linens can be reserved through our property manager for a fee.
Final cleaning and the visitor’s tax are collected by our on-site management upon arrival.
Pets are not allowed.
Playgrounds, bike rentals, shopping, and various restaurants are all within walking distance. You can store your bicycles, strollers, etc., in the garden shed.
The ANDERSWELT recreation centre is a 2-minute walk away. The Nessmersiel beach and harbour are a 15-minute walk away or a 5-minute drive by car.

Many attractions, other towns, and recreational facilities are nearby and easily accessible.
