We stayed at this property as a young family with 2 kids looking for a location outside of the hustle and bustle of Clearwater but close enough to drive places. Location wise this place gets a 10/10. Very low key but right over the bridge to get to everything. As other reviewers have mentioned the unit is insanely small. There is little to no storage in the rooms. Only one dresser and no closet for hanging anything. If you don’t mind living out of your suitcase or truly unpacking it’s not a problem but we do prefer to unpack. The kitchen was also super small, no place to prep anything so we did most of our prep on the kitchen table. The bathroom was really not clean. The shower faucet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month and the tub had permanent rust or dirt on the bottom. I was uncomfortable bathing my kids in the tub so I ended up having to shower them which wasn’t great to do with a 4 & 5 year old. The buildings are also really confusing it took us a while to figure out where we were going, the check-in instructions could have been clearer. The pool is small for the complex it says max capacity is 10 people. Overall this wasn’t the best or worst place we’ve ever stayed I would say it was okay. We made the best of it.

Great long weekend getaway!

I stayed here with my 2 boys for a long weekend for a Phillies spring training game. We had a wonderful time and the property was great! Perfect for a long weekend and location was amazing! The boys enjoyed the pool and the beach and loved their bunk beds! Place had everything we needed to enjoy our little vacation. Would stay here again!

Great start to summer!

Our family absolutely loved kicking off the start to summer vacation at BBC through Sandy Feet. The kids did NOT want to leave. The condo was very clean and even stocked with extra boogie boards for the beach, etc! Would book again, for sure :)

Overall nice place to stay. Excellent location. Could use update to some household articles. Rugs were old and dirty looking. Addition of simple kitchen items like salt and pepper would be great!! Nice pool. Nice beach and pool chairs and other accessories provided.

The heater was broke in the pool. The dredging had the water very murky and the dredging moved directly in front of condo. The worker was using an air horn to blow at anyone that approached the fence area directly in front of balcony. Very unprofessional for the workers on beach. We did not get to use either water options . We would appreciate some compensation for this. We love the spot, we stay in these two buildings once every month.

The project is managed by the county, and while it’s great for the beaches long-term, it can definitely make things murky and noisy while the work is happening. I did want to mention that the pool heater was working during your stay, but I completely understand how the beach conditions may have made it feel like your water options were limited. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re happy to share that the beach project has already moved past this area.

The property consists of two buildings, with a garden courtyard, picnic patio, and the swimming pool in between. A spacious sundeck with two BBQ grills, picnic tables, and numerous lounge chairs occupies the entire breadth of the beachfront. An additional south-facing sundeck can be enjoyed on the second floor of the south building. Two private sandy paths meander westward through the dunes to our exquisite natural beach. Lightweight beach chairs and umbrellas are provided in some room types, and are also available for day-use checkout at the Front Desk.
