We enjoyed our time at Eva’s property. My son loved the amount of snacks she so graciously left around the apartment. Great location to walk to the baseball game and see the sights!
We lived our stay here! The apt is walkable to The Strip and downtown, and to the fabulous Warhol Museum. We had everything we needed in the apt and more for a very comfortable, relaxing stay. Will definitely return!
Eva was a wonderful host and answered any questions we had about the place. The space was in excellent condition and even had snacks and refreshments! Will definitely stay if ever in Pittsburgh again.

We were in town to watch the Chiefs Steelers game. Eva is an artist and the house shares her joyous vibe. This is what you hope for when visiting a different part of the country. Cozy place located a convenient walk to restaurants, bars and stadiums.
This property was perfect for the three of us. The host has thought of everything a person could need, plenty of options for breakfast food and drink, some things to satisfy the sweet tooth, and all the things a person could want to get comfortable in this adorable home. The colored track lighting was a fun addition to the house. Great communication and an absolutely wonderful host. 100% would stay here again!
Our stay was wonderful. Eva is a gracious, thoughtful host. Everything was as promised, clean, and well-appointed. We were very comfortable in the unit, thanks to Eva's attention to details. Some evidence includes thirsty towels and fresh snacks, fun lighting, reads about the neighborhood, and complete operating instructions. It was hard to leave, but we did go to explore the area and Eva's place was a nicely located launch pad.

It's been a real pleasure hosting such nice, courteous & respectful guests like you and your party.
Welcome back anytime!
The host had thought of absolutely everything, like a huge container of freshly sharpened colored pencils and grown-up coloring book, and a cute set of polka dot mugs. The unit had lots of fun and funky Pittsburgh charm and character, like Steelers throw pillows and quirky historical details. We enjoyed walking to Yinz Coffee (about 20 mins) and Penn Brewery (about 6 mins), and it was easy to Uber right across the bridge to the Strip District. Nice little views of a few skyscrapers from multiple windows in the unit. There was a cool Bavarian-looking building across the street housing a members-only German club. Loved being so close to the Strip District without having to pay downtown prices, and the host made it easy to park. Great soundproofing — didn’t hear anyone next door and we didn’t hear the rest of our family in the second bedroom or the bathroom during the night. Would stay again!

About the host
Hosted by Eva Carter
Having been a guest in a variety of countries and cultures has helped me better understand the needs of a traveller, which, as a host I've been striving to forsee and meet. As an artist I surround myself with art, both in my own place as well as in spaces I create for others. The apartment ready to host you is filled w/original art, both my own and brought from my overseas trips. Welcome and enjoy your stay!
