Hi Tino, thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback! We are so happy to hear the location and cleanliness was top notch! We do offer a trifold mattress, high chair, and pack n play to our guests with extra people and children. We also provide paper towels and bath linens for a comfortable stay. Our place is an apartment, not a hotel, so I am sorry if kitchen linens were not dropped off. Our 24/7 virtual concierge staff is always available to answer questions regarding check in and check out - our goal is a seamless process. Lastly, our listing does not advertise a pool or spa tub as these are not amenities we offer. Be well!
