While the home is comfy and cozy there is still an abundance of space for large gatherings of family and friends, whether it's inside or outside enjoying the many amenities of this home. There is a large spacious 3 level deck area, where you can relax and enjoy the tranquil backyard with a cup of morning coffee or tea overlooking the pool and hot tub or light up the night at the firepit. 

This home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with new modern stainless-steel appliances. Central heating keeps the residence cozy during the cooler months and central air keeps it cool in the summer months.  Comes with a wet bar in the lower-level entertainment area.

Monthly Rental :$15,000

A refundable damage deposit of $1000 is required for all bookings.
The pool is heated and is open from April 1st to October 31st.

Perfect summer getaway

Enjoyed a fantastic stay at this property with my fiancée and some of our closest friends during August 2023. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. The layout of the home flows well and there is plenty of space for a group of adults to have a carefree stay. The property is more geared towards adults rather than children but a family would still have a great time here. Can’t recommend this property or the hosts who rented it to us enough. Michael & Irene and their company were a dream to work with and I’d be happy renting from them again at any time.

Graduation - Prefect House!

In for our son's college graduation and the house was perfect. Close to shopping and highways (ladies had a great nail day less than 5 minutes away) and an absolute oasis! The pool was wonderful and the kids enjoyed the hot tub immensely. A large kitchen and living room was where we spent all of our time - the kitchen was stocked with whatever we needed for family meals. Lots of bedrooms and sleeping options for couples and kids - the pool table was constantly in use and the deck was great for hanging out and outdoor grilling. We would highly recommend for large family gatherings and appreciate the promptness and hospitality of our gracious hosts!

Amazing property

The property was exactly as described and amazing. We had a small birthday party for my 10yo and all of the kids were able to enjoy the heated pool. We grilled. The grill is a gas grill but plenty big and they have plenty of propane on site. I forgot a bunch of utensils but the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and cookware and towels, paper towels, water. Huge property. Rooms everywhere and different entrances all over. Didn’t get to use the fire pit, as it rained but was able to use that area before the rain and it was really nice with the outside furniture and umbrellas to keep in the shade. The house is lovely, just as pictured. So many rooms. Very spacious. The check in process was a breeze, the property manager was available for me when I needed him. The owner accommodated me when I needed an early check in. Everyone who came to the party wants to rent out this property. We will definitely be renting again.

Loved this Property!!

Our family stayed at this property for a week for a family reunion and remembrance celebration of our husband’s/father’s/grandfather’s birthday. The location is very convenient and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house and yard were immaculate and equipped with everything we needed. The house had plenty of seating areas for gathering to talk and/or watch TV and the house was large enough that we were never “on top of each other”. The kitchen was well equipped with cookware and utensils and had plenty of prep/serving space. We cooked outside on the griddle most nights. Our favorite spaces were outside on the deck, around the pool, and on the paved patio around the fire pit. The outdoor sofas and chairs were really comfortable and each area had an umbrella for shade. Everyone enjoyed the large pool and the kids loved the diving board. The water was extremely clean. Most impressive was the almost instant communication with the owner Michael and/or the property manager, Irene. Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our week.

Great place to vacation

The property was modern and well decorated. Kitchen was very well appointed. Large variety of all types of kitchen utensil's. Pool is larger than it looked in the pictures. Plenty of patio seating both on the lower and upper deck. Fire pit area also had lots of seating/tables. We had nine adults and 7 kids ages 14-18 staying at the home. Plenty of room for sleeping. We also had 7 adults locally that came over during the day. Lots of space for everyone both inside and outside. Owner and property manager were very responsive. Called them to let them know the dishwasher wasn't working late on the afternoon of July 3rd. They replaced the dishwasher on the morning July 4th! Both were on site for 3 hours to make sure the job was done. From the pictures we thought the driveway might be a challenge with 8-12 cars coming and going. However it is bigger than it looks. We didn't have any issues with getting in and out as needed. The only suggestion our family had was that it would be handy if there was a second refrigerator in the basement or garage. We all had coolers so it wasn't a big deal. Highly recommend both the property and management.
