Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Start (1-2) loads of laundry - (wash all sheets, blankets & towels that were used). - Cleaners do not clean outside so please pick up all garbage, towels, spills ect.
- Put away all yard games ect that were used during your stay - Make sure all remotes are put back in there place - Remove any opened food items from the fridge & pantry (condiments can stay)
- All lights turned off, & doors locked before you leave

What an awesome place for a family getaway to Arizona! Everything a family would need from infant to older members. Great kitchen for cooking or just feeding the family takeout one of the best homes we’ve stayed in over the years! Kudos!

This home was wonderful and had great amenities! Plenty of comfortable beds, clean, a stocked kitchen, a great outdoor space and a great location! These things would have earned it 5 stars.My lower review is due to slow and lacking communication with the owner. The owner didn’t even respond to some messages and questions that I had, and often his responses he did give were very delayed. There was a plumbing issue (that left us with 1 shower) that he did get someone out to repair quickly but then the dry wall contractors showed up at 9am on our checkout day, when we weren’t scheduled to leave until 1. They were in the main living space and bathrooms while we packed up. When the owner was messaged about this his response was “I didn’t know they would be there either.”I know that these things happen but as a VRBO owner I would expect better communication and scheduling around the guests. If that wasn’t possible it should have been communicated.
