About this property

Simple but elegant hut

Our enchanting mountain hut in the Hessian mountains offers the ideal retreat on a surface of around 30sqm after a day full of beautiful and exciting experiences: hiking, mountain biking, trips to the region or simply letting your mind wander!

THE ENVIRONMENT

Our hut is simply but elegantly furnished and is beautifully situated on the site of a historic shepherd's farm, right on the edge of the forest. It is part of a 250-year-old courtyard complex consisting of the main house, the barn, the stables, the historic DAHLER smithy and the DAHLER hut. The harmonious ambience creates an atmosphere in which you quickly feel at home. At home, but secluded from the stressful everyday world.

THE LIVING ROOM

The DAHLER hut is simply equipped, but with everything you need for a few relaxing days: a 1.60 m bed, two wonderfully comfortable armchairs, a kitchen niche with a dining area and a small bathroom with shower and toilet are available to you.

On cold days, you can end the evenings in front of the crackling fire of the wood stove with a good book and a glass of wine.

In the kitchen you will find a basic set of dishes including a toaster, a small fridge and a ceramic hob. If you like it even more rustic, you can also use a charcoal grill, depending on the weather conditions.

Bed linen is provided, towels can be provided on request.

TV and internet are not to be found - deceleration is the motto!

In addition to the hut, you may / may enjoy our extensive garden with a pond, where you can relax and unwind from the stress of everyday life.

The DAHLER hut is only available to you. However, our house is in the immediate vicinity and we are happy to help with tips about our beautiful home!

OUT IN NATURE

The panoramic hiking trail starts right in front of the main door and leads here across the lands of our historic Schäferhof. Through forests and fields you can walk for hours or start mountain bike tours. Numerous cultural sights, bathing opportunities or even restaurants are in the area. You will receive more information and tips on excursions - whether in good or bad weather, on arrival.

Pure Entspannung

Meine vier Nächte in der Dahler- Hütte waren Erholung und Entspannung pur. Hier kann man so richtig vom Alltag abschalten und allen Pflichten entkommen. Die Hütte ist wunderschön eingerichtet und mit allem, was man zum Leben braucht, ausgestattet. Zudem sind die Besitzer so liebevoll und herzlich. Es war mein erster Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Umgebung von Hatzfeld und es wird definitv weitere Aufenthalte in der Dahler Hütte geben.

Erholung pur

Ruhe, Entspannung, besondere Augenblicke durch die Lage mitten in der Natur, direkte Wandermöglichkeiten, gemütliche Abende am Lagerfeuer sowie am Kamin. Wohlfühlen ab der ersten Sekunde. Extrem gemütliche Einrichtung und Ausstattung (alles vorhanden was man im Alltag braucht). Highlights wie Sonnenaufgänge dirket vom Bett aus inklusive. Wir fanden was wir gesucht hatten. Eine Auszeit für die Seele. Die Gastgeber waren zudem sehr herzlich und stehts bei Fragen erreichbar. Tipps und Infos konnten jederzeit eingeholt werden. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie selbstgemachte Marmelade erfreuten uns während des Aufenthaltes. Ein Träumchen mitten im Nichts.

Natur und Ruhe pur

Sehr nette Vermieter. Hütte am hübschen Anwesen mit herrlicher Aussicht, kleiner Wiese und direktem Zugang zum Wanderweg und Wald. Gut ausgestattet, auch zum draußen Verweilen. Sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet.
