The HOUSE and the APARTMENT:
Our apartment with upscale equipment for up to 14 people consists of an entrance area with a large windscreen and. separate toilet, wardrobe, 3 bedrooms, kitchen with 8 dining places and a large living room with open fireplace, dining table for 10 people, , Satellite TV / DVD.
In the basement there are also 2 double rooms, each with a separate bathroom and terrace exit, and a kitchenette.
Located in an absolutely quiet south-facing slope with a terrace / patio and heating.-Grillkamin and fire bowl, the house offers you a carefree and relaxing holiday in a beautiful, wooded area with a view of the nearby Rothaar Mountains and the Eder Valley - or just a rest followed by a short holiday.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Es gab als Begrüßungsgeschenk eine selbstgemachte Marmelade. Für unsere Zwecke (Spielerunde) sehr gut geeignet. Bei voller Belegung könnte es aber zu Stoßzeiten am Bad im Erdgeschoß zum "Stau" kommen können. Schöne Terrasse mit ausreichend Sitzplätzen. Obwohl der Ort nicht sonderlich groß ist, gibt es 4 Restaurants, die alle fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Aber auch die Küche des Ferienhauses ist gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Das Haus liegt ruhig, war für uns ideal. Auch die Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer hat genau unseren Bedürfnissen entsprochen. Allerdings finde ich die Angabe bis 14 Personen zu hoch. Betten gibt es genug, aber ansonsten wird es eng. Was uns am wenigsten gefallen hat war die Sauberkeit. In den Ecken, auf den Schränken und auf den Lampen jede Menge Staub . Aber vorallem die Küche benötigt dringend eine Grundreinigung. Alles sehr fettig und es pappt überall. Ansonsten ist das Haus, gerade für 2 oder 3 Generationen oder befreundete Familien ideal.

Das Haus ist wirklich riesig, die Ausstattung ist zwar weitgehend aus den 80er Jahren des letzten Jh., aber alles war funktionsfähig und (bis auf ein paar Teller, die falsch in die Spülmaschine einsortiert waren) sauber und ordentlich. Drei Bäder und ein Gästeklo, ein riesiges Wohnzimmer, zwei Küchen... :-)))

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum sehr zufrieden und haben uns in der Unterkunft richtig wohlgefühlt. Alles war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genauso wie beschrieben. Besonders positiv war der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter: sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und bei Fragen immer schnell erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus war sehr sauber und einladend. Die Betten waren schön bezogen und es gab ausreichend Handtücher.Geschirrhandtücher und Seifen, Spüli, WC Papier waren ausreichend vorhanden.Wir sind mit 3 Kleinkindern gereist und es gab 2 Hochstühle und ein Kinderbett. Alles vorhanden, auch Spielzeug.

Klar! Hier ist eine kompakte Version:Großzügiges Ferienhaus mit viel Platz und drei komfortablen Bädern – perfekt für große Familien oder Gruppen. Die Lage ist top: Wanderwege und ein Tiergarten ganz in der Nähe. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und unkompliziert. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Das Ferienhaus war super ausgestattet und hatte für uns insgesamt 5 Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung. Abends konnten wir uns gut im geräumigen Wohnzimmer aufhalten. Terasse und Garten waren sehr gepflegt. Der Kontakt mit dem Anbieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir sind nur 2 Tage im diese Haus gewesen.Nur,weil 2 Tage ist zuwenig.In solchen Haus man darf ganze Urlaub machen.Bequem,sauber,alles was man braucht ist da und auch preiswert.Respeckt! Keurig net huis met veel ruimte.Wij waren met 7 personen en hadden het hele huis.Hans-Jurgen is een hele vriendelijke meneer die meteen helpt als je hem belt.Veel dingen te doen op ong. 1 uur rijden.Jammer dat de fietsen die in de advertentie op de foto staan meer dan de helft stuk was.

Wandern rund um Ferienhaus Herta

Wir waren mit 7 Mann in Dodenau zum Wandern. Nicht nur das Wetter und die Wanderstrecken waren perfekt dafür, sondern auch das Ferienhaus, das geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet ist. Es ist nicht selbstverständlich, dass nahezu alles in Küche und Bädern vorhanden und in sehr gutem Zustand ist. Also etwa scharfe Messer und gescheite Töpfe in der Küche, alle wichtigen Küchengeräte, Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Geschirrtücher, Zewa, Toiletten-Papier etc. Ebenso wenig waren die Matratzen durchgelegen. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage und es war praktisch kein Verkehrslärm vorhanden. Und ja, auch der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Also klare Empfehlung.

Großzügige Ferienwohnung

Familienurlaub ( 6 Erwachsene 4 Kinder (2bis 8 J.)) Wir haben die 5 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer mit WC und den großen Wohnraum genossen. Schöne Umgebung mit vielen Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung. Gerne kommen wir wieder!
