Whimsical house with Inflatable hot tub for two can be ready with "advance notice" along with an additional nightly fee for your arrival. All essentials plus more to help you plan an easy vacay. Along with two Roku smart TV's and high-speed internet.
"800 sq ft house" is comfortable for two or three adults or two adults and 2 small children. Comfortable queen bed, blackout curtains, and a cold window AC in the main bedroom. Walk or drive a couple of blocks to Chico Bayou Park in the neighborhood where you can launch a kayak/canoe, or fish and crab from the dock. Beautiful views!! Or you can play in the playground. Many restaurants, shopping, downtown, and NAS are only 5 minutes. Pensacola beach 20 minutes. Peaceful nights and family friendly neighborhood.

Before I found beautiful Pensacola, I lived in Zephyrhills (central Florida) where I was raised. I enjoy water activities like taking my boat out when I'm not working on a project ( I usually have many).
What I love about hosting is the hope to give you a pleasant stay, hoping you have smiled somewhere along the way.

Why they chose this property

Most of the houses in the neighborhood built in 50's for military housing. I live in the area "out of range of the little house", I know many neighbors and feel comfortable by myself riding my bike at any time day or night in the neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves. It's all good at the little house!

What makes this property unique

Little House is like no other! One-of-a-kind beachy, whimsical artwork with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The kitchen has a glass top oven range, microwave oven combo, and a fridge with an ice maker, and you can indulge in the hot tub! Cook on the grill in back or relax on the front porch, and you can invite me for a glass of wine if you want!! LOL
