The Condo is in between the Beach & the Bay! It's an ideal location for everyone including Families, Couples, Friends etc. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars, live music, shopping, water sports, boating, cruises, fishing etc.

Very nice location - easy walk to beach and bay! Walked often to Bridge Street shops and restaurants. Close to Sarasota. Weather was a bit cool so we didn't get to use many of the stocked summer items. Beds were comfortable, place was cozy. No problems communicating with host!

Had a great vacation. Condo was fully stocked with everything you needed to go to the beach and had all the conveniences of home. Great location for restaurants, Bridge Street, and the beach.

Awesome Location

The condo matched its description perfectly, with a superb location, exceptional cleanliness, and more space than the photos suggest. It was fully equipped for our stay, including beach chairs, beach umbrella etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Winter getaway!

Great Location! Overall the complex is still getting put back together from the hurricanes. Pool, tennis courts, lights, etc. We were aware of this, and it was fine.

It was a nice place. Ice maker did not work, ceiling fan in living room did not turn on. The bed in the primary room was a full size bed, not a queen as indicated in the listing. I'm sure once the pool gets repaired it will be a great asset to the rental. Overall it was a nice location.

Perfect location

Our stay was amazing. From the process of booking to us getting to our condo and throughout the week our host tough base with is making sure everything was ok. The property is very clean and it only took us about 2-3 minutes to walk to the beach.. Lots of restaurants to choose from and just a short ride to grocery stores. We will definitely be back!

Lovely home away from home Condo steps away from a gorgeous beach!

Christina's condo was a great home away from home for our family of four. The condo has amenities (2 full bathrooms) that even our home does not have. Having the master suite with walk-in closet was really nice. Christina has adorned her condo with beautiful finishing touches. I loved her attention to detail and her hospitality. The closet on the balcony has everything you need for a great day at the beach. The beach is just across the street and a short walk away from the condo. I love how the beach access is only for those staying in condos within the vacinity. Going to public beach access points does not appeal to me at all. Having the "private" beach access is fantastic. The view from the balcony and master bedroom of her condo is also very calming and lovely as well. Her condo is situated in a prime spot within the complex (close to the beach access, the pool, the tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard courts, and lovely views). The pool in the complex is also really great. We enjoyed lounging in the pool with our noodles after spending time at the beach. There is a shower to rinse off at right outside the pool area. The complex is well maintained. Overall, I would highly recommend her property if you and/or your family are looking for an incredible beach vacation.
