I will start by saying we loved the house. This is a new listing and the owner I believe is not fully ready for guests. I had a bad feeling when the day before our arrival I asked if he needed the names of the guests to put at the security gate and he responded yes. This showed he wasn't prepared or organized. There was no welcome book in the house that tells you how to operate the TV, where to find the wifi password, or what to do with the trash, and how to leave the house at the end of our stay. The first two days of our stay I was in constant communication asking questions, and he never gave us the information how to work the TV, and he told me I have to go find the password located on one of the 3 boxes (could be behind the TV, which he asked me to crawl behind a small place and look for it) to find the tiny tiny password, he just couldn't give it to me over the phone. The floor was not clean and there were items needed in the kitchen (mix/prep bowls, etc.). While Rady did give us a "small" refund for our inconvenience, it wasn't the bests experience to start our vacation. I think once all the kinks are fixed it will be a nice stay for future guests.
