Beautiful spacious one bedroom apartment with a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Sun porch has a pull out queen bed with doors for privacy. Walk one block to the beach and boardwalk or walk one block to Margate. Steps from a dozen choices for breakfast lunch and dinner. No reason to use your car once you arrive. This is perfect for a couple of 2, a small family, or those part of a larger group that want a space for themselves. 2 bikes are provided for your stay so take advantage of the boardwalk. 2025 will be my third rental season and I have had great reviews ..... the location is the cherry on top. The shore is a great place to visit any time of year. I was born and raised in Ventnor and will be a hands on host for any questions you may have. As owners, this property will be well maintained and thoroughly cleaned.
Year round tenants live on the top floor and owner lives on the block.

Great quick getaway!

This place was in the perfect location to walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. We loved how spacious the house was and the newly renovated bathroom was a very nice touch. I’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway

From start to finish, our stay was perfect. Felt like our own house down the shore. Walked everywhere. Close to beach, restaurants, boardwalk and all our favorite shore food. Already planning our next trip.

Great location

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. Karen was helpful and quick to respond to questions. We put a travel crib for our toddler in the sun room and it worked out ok for us, but we are lucky that it was fall and not super hot outside during our stay. Would stay here again!

Could not have been better!

The location of this rental absolutely cannot be beat - right off the main commercial street and two minutes' walk to the beach. You could spend your whole week without driving anywhere, but even taking day trips and moving our car several times, we never had any problem finding street parking. The property was exactly as described and Karen was friendly and extremely responsive. Perfect spot!

Charming Apt by the beach & great restaurants

I love when you rent a place and after you park you car. you can walk everywhere you want to go. Well this places location allows you to walk to the beach, walk to lots of yummy restaurants, and walk to cool shops. Plus if you don’t feel like being out & about the apartment has tons of charm, with cozy places to relax, like a front sunroom. I would love to come back and stay again & again!

Great weekend

This place is 2 blocks from the beach and recently renovated. Everything was in good order and close to places for breakfast. It’s a great place for a couple or a couple with one or two young children. Beach towels and beach chairs are a nice addition but the use of two bicycles was a great added benefit. It is difficult to share this with others because this place is a hidden gem. We will be back.

Fantastic, Fall Ventnor Weekend!

We had an amazing weekend in Ventnor. We absolutely loved this place, so clean, very comfortable and nicely decorated. The sunporch is a beautiful spot to sit and relax with a good book. The location could not have been more perfect, close to beach and restaurants. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

This property is walking distance to beach and restaurants. Boardwalk is 13 miles long and you can ride to Atlantic City.
Off street parking is available.

What makes this property unique

The location is perfect. No need to use your car once you arrive. Walk to the beach. Restaurants across the street. You can bike to an even more variety of restaurants and stores. Casinos are a 10 minute drive as well as the outlet stores in Atlantic City.
